That's not good news at all, not even helpful. Now they are saying they want more KYC documentation, but that's not a breach of their terms as stated earlier on isn't it?
Looks like a case of delaying tactics here, for whatever their reason.
A number of other players had already went through similar cases before this, so just have to wait and see what their response would be next.
It just says ' As outlined in clause 4.8 of our terms , we may request additional KYC documentation at any time , and during this period your withdrawal will be paused
@Edink0 At this moment we do not actually know what the supposed issue is - they said it's due to a breach of their terms, but have they said what breach it was?
Also, have you contacted their accounts dept (as suggested in the pop-up message) to find out what actually the issue was that need to be resolved?
