I was in the middle of a bonus round when the slot suddenly froze. When I refreshed, the bonus was gone and I’m not sure if the win was counted. Has anyone dealt with this before, and how do casinos usually handle it?
I see a lot of casinos having 100's of complaints against them and they are still rated above 8. Some casinos have made a habit of harassing players until they file a complaint. I understand that these casinos respond to AG and sort out the complaint against them but dont you think that casinos like these should be downgraded atleast 2- 3 points for delaying payments and only processing them when a complaint is filed?
