Hey there @Emcphee1989 and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. 

Unfortunately, matters related to certain payment issues may take some time to be properly addressed and investigated. Usually, that would a period of anywhere between a few days and a few weeks, so you'd better arm yourself with patience and wait until the casino investigation is over. Considering the speed of support service offered by Skrill (which is dreadful), I guess the process will take even more time... :( 

In regards of the operator's request for transactions history, well, kinda difficult to comment without knowing all the details (some of which could be of significant importance) sincerely doubt an UKGC licensed operator would afford doing so without the relevant justification to be honest.
