Non-sticky bonus

Hey guys,I have question regarding matching bonuses so if anyone knows the answer to this I would highly appreciatte the answer. If I attempt to cash out my real balance and my bonus balance has been dropped due to being non sticky bonus but then decide to cancel my withdrawal later and play some more are the terms and condition of bonus matching still being inforced on my balance(asking this because I have attempted to cash out  way more then 10x max withdrawal which t.c say and casino said even though I have dropped my bonus balance and continued to play with balance that has no bonus attached on it the maximum winnings are still 10x.In the T.C . only this rule was written "Winnings resulting from match bonuses are subject to a maximum cashout of 10 times the original deposit amount. The excess of winnings will be confiscated"and there  is nothing about this scenario so I assumed it would be perfectly legal.

What's the casino?

They're basically trying to cap your cash deposit? That's nonsense.

Terms are such, from what you've quoted, that it's only if you dip into the bonus funds that are capped x10. The cancelling of the withdrawal, from limited info, is irrelevant.

I depo 50, matched 50 = 100: Get up to 500, withdraw 450. If, and have done, cancelled that withdrawal and get up to 2k, I get the 2k - because bonus funds haven't been touched.

Providing you didn't dip into then NONE of your winnings resulted from the bonus, ergo, x10 doesn't apply.

Hey there @karlo716 and welcome to AskGamblers Forum.

As advised in the previous post, we need the name of the casino in order to check the relevant terms and conditions, otherwise it would be next to impossible for any of us to provide adequate and correct advice.

Thanks.

I can almost guarantee this is a GameTech group casino - As they are the majority of casinos groups that implement a x10 or x20 max cashout feature when claiming a bonus.

Even when you play with real cash - They cap the maximum win to x20 your real cash deposit even without claiming a bonus - ABSURD!

The best GameTech group casino is Vega World Solutions NV(They have about 5 - 7 casinos). If you make a straight deposit, there is no cap, where every other GameTech owner cap real deposits and bonus claim deposits.

I hope its not a GameTech group.

That’s mental.

So, if the don’t get you with the fake games they’ll shaft you with cash deposits?!

Woo hoo!

Tell me about it, I experienced this once. Deposit 30, then won 800, could only withdraw 600 euro. I think it was Mr James casino. Was pissed at that moment, thats when I knew I was done with the group.

The reason I play at some of the them or the group Vega Solutions is because I know the head of VIP personally(His from Cape Town in south Africa) and his sort of a manager at Madame chance and the likes, so if there is issues his my direct contact. I once deposit 20 euro, won 430 euro after wager, even though the max cashout was x10 deposit. He got them to process the full 430 euros.
