pinnit2015
They don't own them as far as i know, only using their platform. Ultimately they are still the decision makers. cocopop3011

Hyena74
cos one day I deposited with trada who took my money which by the way I think are thee best casino out there went back next day and the whole platform had changed......and worst of all 24/48 pending times now where trada only took about an hour.....ps and omg they have taken away immortal romance
pinnit2015
AFAIK it's treated in the same way as any other AG casino (well, white label) - not good tbh. Hopefully something can be worked out in the future but i doubt it. PS - Immortal Romance will be back, along with some others that are currently missing. Whether they've customers by then is another thing.

pinnit2015
Yeah, welcome to the world of 48 hr pending periods if you play with Trada.  Woohoo.  They now have longer withdrawal times than a Bingo site - what a fall....
Conor@Trada
Hey all, Â As stated in another thread, our withdrawal times are still within a day. The only instance a withdrawal may take up to the maximum wait time of 48 hours is if documents are required to be verified prior to the withdrawal being processed. Great news indeed. Conor@Trada
pinnit2015
To be fair, as I try to be, AGs times look like they’ve improved. Mrs P requested a w/d at 10.30pm and it was processed at 2am ish which is not too shabby. So presumably, as Conor has said, Trada will be along the same lines. cocopop3011, ValDes and Fiekie247 2

Conor That's great news Conor, so is it fair to assume that the other Aspire casinos aren't necessarily tied to this 48 pending period either ??? Wonder why so many of them choose to insist on it despite the fact it's surely hurting their businses if that's the case... I won't usually play past my welcome bonuses if my money sits in reversible pending for 48 hours ... Conor@Trada
blondie
Just to add to this discussion, I tried to deposit at Trada about 3 weeks ago and the cashier showed that my country is not allowed to make deposits. I live in Malta and have been playing from Malta (with docs verified etc) for the past 2 years. I never got any notification about regulation changes so what I wonder is, why can I login and if I had any balance I probably would be able to use it, but can't deposit (and assumably withdraw)? Plus, if you offer various perks such as depo/spin bonus's you may still get people coming back to the casino, despite the pending periods. To be fair to AG - they're a helluva lot better than probably one of the worst offenders - Genesis Casino's.

Might have changed now as, obviously, i never went back to them after several goes, but that was my personal experience with them.

Fair enough, but for me, personally, I really don't understand the hype of LeoVegas. I haven't played there for a very long time but it seems like each and every online casino streamer is trying to push them down my throat. Yeah they have good game providers but are they really THAT good?

Yeah they have good game providers but are they really THAT good? Not played at LV since they decided to shaft me but they used to be. Then they got big and lost touch IMO with their player base. Slick site, quickish withdrawals, decent CS...they're not bad to be fair; tick many of the good boxes. Used to be a good site for low rollers, but they quickly stopped a lot of their half decent promos.
cocopop3011
Checked my withdrawal options last night, no saved methods which has completely confused me. Only option to withdraw is bank wire. Something I'll have to look into.
Fiekie247
Just to come back to the genesis topic... Casino Joy is part of the Genesis group right? @pinnit2015 @blondie - Casino Joy is the only that pays within 12 hours once you are verified. But Genesis, Casino cruise, Spinnit etc take more than 48 hours, last time it took 96 hours and I cancelled and lost it. However Casino Joy is quick and easy and hassle free.
pinnit2015
I decided to try a test of their withdrawals (Genesis) went though this morning so just under 48 hours... On the plus side, another casino that process back to debit cards within seconds of approval But yeah, whilst I’m easy when I get my cash, 48 hours is way too much Checked my last spin it withdrawal...9 days!  ooft
