Fiekie247
So as word have it, Trada will be moving on to the new platform I believe in Trada although I do not play there often, now with less restrictions I will play there often. I have 1 concern - Withdrawals - Normally instant up to 6 hours max - But knowing all of the aspire global brands or most of them have pending of 24 - 48 hours pending periods, not sure if Trada will follow. Any ideas, concerns? ValDes
ValDes
Thanks for creating the topic mate, appreciate that. Hmm, just reading your email and surprise, surprise, not a word about the name of the new platform provider... Wondering why a business would skip mentioning information of such importance? No idea... But remember when I complaint about trada providers running of the QuickFire Platform and I am restricted to most of their slots, Conor actually mentioned new platform and news will be shared in the up coming days, then 1 day later I received this. Did a bit of research and find out they moving to Aspire Global International Limited - Now they games will obviously be more, but in terms of payment, Trada pay instantly or within 6 hours maximum! So will they still follow according to how they process withdrawals first of all, will they have max bet in place like 2nd chance feature etc? Wagering? x70? Since most of the of the slot contribution is 50% unless you play that banana provider - Neogames like Fruity Friends or something? @Conor@Trada can maybe jump in here? pinnit2015
Hopefully be proved wrong but I can’t see how this will improve Trada. In fact, the opposite. Will they run the lower RTPs that AG brands do? Will the support be as rubbish as AG casinos? Etc etc Unless Trada have negotiated a more bespoke package of the AG platform, it’s a no from me. Ill give them a chance though... for a while...
pinnit2015
Unfortunately I don’t think the move was fully in Tradas control (current platform provider taken over by AG) because you wouldn’t have picked AG if you’d the choice. Sorry Conor/Rachel, but I can literally think of no benefits of it. Even adding more providers like PNG isn’t good as they’ll be lumped on the lower RTPs etc. Look at the ratings of Casinoluck etc pre and post AG and that tells it all. Hopefully I’ll have to apologise and take back my posts in the future

So, they're going from some of the best support to, er, AG's.....Man, oh man. Hopefully their marketing isn't handled by AG as well, because it's atrocious 'Hey, Paul, you have a new friends request!' was the tag in their emails. Cringe. I can see why they've not been overly loud in saying it was the AG platform
pinnit2015
In the spirit of being fair, some of the welcome offers of AG casino's are OK - 35 x on bonus amount only - max bets 4 quid (tad lower than the std 5) - Neteller etc can claim it but with lower max bet of 2.50 Nothing special, but non too shabby. To be honest, I'd have thought it would have been good form for Trada to state any material changes as part of the 'do you want us to migrate your details' - how can players make an informed decision otherwise. But such players asking questions are likely to be in the minority, most will just shrug their shoulders. Fiekie247

That term is only valid if you play NeoGames, if you play PNG, Netent, Big Time Gaming, NextGen, Quick Spin and everything thing else - It comes to x70 the bonus amount because of the 50% contribution *****. I like that you can claim the welcome offer with E-wallets... Also their welcome offers range from 100 - 200% and 10 spins only lol. Wonder if we will be able to claim the welcome offer on Trada again...
jwholland
@pinnit2015 Are they not required to inform accounts on changes in T &C? Or allow own T&C to bypass this, even more bizar.
catapultaudio
Feels weird an established casino moving "into" another group ... I guess I thought Aspire was the owner of all their casinos as opposed to a platform. If it is just a platform though there should be no reason Trada have to take on their crappy 48 hour pending thing should there ? Would be interesting to understand a bit more about these structures, I hope the Trada rep will step in at some point soon and tell us what new terms and so forth are going to apply. Isn't this like the 3rd time Trada have switched out their software? I guess the owner likes to keep up to date!
pinnit2015
As much as I think Conor’s one of the best reps around I think we can read into a lack of addressing some of the concerns as not the best news. Maybe they will be different but I doubt it. It would essentially require AG to set Trada up as a bespoke user of their platform and that isn’t going to happen imo. Conor@Trada
Hey all Thanks for the ping @ValDes! I've been a bit preoccupied with the migration as of late, hence my radio silence, but I'll pop on tomorrow to answer as many questions as I can. If you've any questions, feel free to list them below! Cheers, Conor cocopop3011 and ValDes 1
pinnit2015
You've probably heard before but the biggest ones would probably be: - Withdrawals: will you be moving to the 24-48hr pending periods? - RTP: AG casinos typically have the lower settings, will Book of Dead etc be now sitting on the lower? - Bonus terms -a lot of slots hit the 50% contribution under AG's casinos, will this be the same? - Customer support: i think it's now gone out to AG, no in-house any more (you guys had the best CS for me by a long distance) - Marketing - please don't let them do that....will you still be able to determine your own promo's etc? Eg Thursday Treat's etc. I think folk, having played at Trada, will be curious to see if Trada will now simply become a clone of the other AG sites or whether, ideally, it's a case of piggy backing upon a more efficient platform. One more - presumably KYC migrates as well? One casino did my head in as when they moved they asked for my passport again etc - i'm still adamant they lost the data in the transition. Conor@Trada
Hey folks, To make things easier on all of us, here is a copy of our answers posted today about various questions on another forum. @pinnit2015 Regarding promotions, we will have a say, and can create and design our own to run whenever we like Game RTPs? Our games RTPs will be operated in the same manner the rest of the Aspire Groups are immediately after launch, however, Aspire have agreed to allow RTPs to be customised by brand instead of one network setting in 2020. So the lower RTP on some games will be a short term concern. Fees On Deposits & Withdrawals? There will be no fees on deposits and withdrawals. Thursday Treat? Thursday Treat will be replaced with Sunday Spins and will work quite similarly to our current Thursday Treat promotion. LiveChat Support? In order to operate in more languages, and for longer periods of time, our LiveChat Support will be operated by Aspire. Wagering Requirements? Our wagering requirements will be between 20x - 25x on all bonuses depending on the promotion. This is a decision made on our part to offset the game contributions and RTPs of some of the games. Games Contributions? As the contributions of the games are set across all casinos in the Aspire back office, we will not be able to differ from the rest of the Aspire Group in this regard. Withdrawal Times? Withdrawal times will be as they are across the Aspire Group, however, we have been assured that the 48-hour time frame is the absolute maximum (KYC and Document checks etc) and that the vast majority of withdrawals are processed within less than a day. Please note, VIP players will have express withdrawals which operate much faster, and Aspire are already working towards decreasing our withdrawal times. Why Are We Moving? As confirmed in a previous post, we are moving as our platform provider currently (Pariplay), had been bought over by Aspire Global. Did You Get Bought By Aspire? No, TradaCasino is still owned entirely by TradaGames. One Welcome Bonus Per Site? This is done on a case-by-case basis and is primarily applied for the “serial” First Time Depositors. i.e, those who rarely/never make cash deposits on the Aspire platform. Games Selection? Some games are not live on most Aspire Global sites for various reasons, however, we will have all games live a couple of weeks after launch. If anyone has any other questions, feel free to drop me a PM Conor ValDes and pinnit2015 1

pinnit2015
That's Trada migrated.... 91% Book of Dead if anyone fancies it Fiekie247
pinnit2015
No offence to Conor but...no. Be wary of the bonus terms now - max bet 15% of bonus amount thrown in as well. What happened to good old 5 quid? Bonanza 50% wagering contribution as well as others the length of your arm. Looks like an AG Clone. Ugh. I know Conors said things will be looked at in the new year but i'm afraid guys that you'll have lost a lot of your previous customers before then

pinnit2015
I know and it’s the tacky marketing that we associate with AG.... I mean, 91% you may as well go land based! Fiekie247
Hyena74
one question Conor do trada and not aspire have any say on payouts? these are still down to you?I had trouble with aspire years ago waiting weeks for a pay out
pinnit2015
Obviously not speaking for Conor but I'd be very surprised if Trada were able to negotiate on such a key part of their platform agreement. Would essentially require AG to create a bespoke agreement for them - so, they only way i can see payout times increasing is if AG as a company do so and apply across all the White Labels. Trada made such a thing over fast payouts, that were getting faster near the end, so it's a massive backwards step.
