How to remove Playtech software???

Hi all,

 

If i remove playtech software, and i later reinstall them, my username etc is still being recognized.

How can i remove the playtech software so that if i reinstall it, i will be able to open a new account??

Hi klopklop,

 

Try first with regular Uninstalling from Control Panel > Add Remove Programs (or Programs & Features in Windows 7).

 

After that, I would suggest using a free software to clean all logs from your registry called CCleaner.

 

You can download it for free here:

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

 

This should remove Playtech software and clean all logs, including login credentials from your registry and you should be able to install it again using another account.

 

However we do not advise you to use multiple accounts since this could cause your account to be blocked.
