Its funny, weeks before I had a £5,000 balance and they blocked me again, that time it was for more verification and ID. I thought after that i'd be ok.

If i'd of broken T&C i'd assume i'd be refunded in full and bets would be void. Not the case here.

maybe they just want to deal with small mug punters, anyone with a 4 figure balance or more scares the living daylights out of them.

But because i've contacted ECOGRA and been rigorously spreading the news of this within my network and posting everywhere they now say we are awaiting a decision from higher management as its still being reviewed.

Looked at the screenshots and the seasons will conclude at mid May of next year, thats for Premier League and Bundesliga.

Had a couple of sports bets on the donkies to try out the sportsbook, one came in for nearly £1k profit, next day i tried to place another bet - already limited to less than £10 a bet, after 3 bets and 1 big win... jokers

Also this is the 21st century, withdrawal fees are a pee take, considering i hit withdraw and within 10 mins its back in my bank account all done by the wonders of modern technology and visa direct... why u need to charge £10 to withdraw a £1000 when 99% of places will do it for free...

I guess my experience of mr green is short and not very sweet, thanks for the £1k though

I had a look at the mr green promo video at askgamblers and what do you know your 15K hostage complaint was shown in the video! what do you think about the overall video as it shows them in a positive light (except for the complaint section) but you would expect that from a promo video.

Hey man thanks for all these! yeh i do have most of my bets written down on paper and given i have no access its a 'let live' thing.

I'd of cashed out man city by now as i've watched Liverpool drift away but ay guess having no access to the sports book you put your money on gives you little option.

Its been a big lesson / learning curve throughout this experience. I'm awaiting another update this week so we'll see. At first I was like I dont mind my bets standing but as a little bit of time has gone on im thinking no way this is bullshit (which it is).

AT LAST   I have just received confirmation that the funds locked inside my suspended account that was in a variety of season long sports bets have been voided and a full refund is on the way to me.

yes very poor advert and they managed to even be included in the mr green casino review at askgamblers by having the 15K hostage complaint show up at 2:35 !

As far as I know they did. The thing is that once we have player's confirmation the case is being escalated with the relevant regulatory body and or official ADR, our procedure is to close the case as Unresolved and wait for their decision.
