I was playing and got free spins...

During free spins you can get up to 2x And 3x and when you do achieve that a little number of 2x  Or such will appear after your total win for that spins..

Example:

You  get a big win and the money reaches your total win of $200, after that the number 2xTimes will pop-up and then adding total win of changing to $400 ...

Now this didn t happen during my free spins and it was on 2xTimes..

I have take a the video of the game which is viewable on these kind of games  in the history your able to see the gameplay from start to finish which is pretty cool.

Then I've taken a picture of what I'm mentioning above how the 2xTimes add to total win act.. 

 

Please tell me your opinions....

As i asked my.casino to ask the game provider and they replied back saying nothing is wrong.. 

My casino didn t tell me what the game provider said or even really cared or seemed like I was being ignored, so tell me your thoughts

Hello @maskazergon and Welcome to Askgamblers.

I have played Mayan Magic Wild a few times and the game were paying you correctly.

When you land a wild symbol, you trigger the re-spins feature, the re-spins game has a progressive multiplier. The more wilds you collect, the higher the multiplier. For every 3 wilds you collect during re-spins the multiplier increases.

The game only apply the multiplier for the current spin, should the multiplier stay at x2 or x3  and you have re-spins the multiplier of x2/x3 will apply to that spin and all future spins. Should you collect 3 or more wilds you will get extra re-spin with x4 multiplier, that means the multiplier only apply to those remaining/additional spins you have left.

Please note if you have no more re-spins left, then the feature ends.

With that said the multiplier displayed ''DOES NOT'' apply to the total win amount  unfortunately, it will only apply the multiplier during re-spins and not at the end of the feature.

Hope the above gives clarity.

I am sorry if the outcome is not what you expected, but that's how the game plays and like I said, I have experience with this slot.

It has all 3 bars lighted up mwanimg it should be 2x ..

I kNow you don't get the 2x Times at the end it's using the spins

The picture is an example..

Of what happens when 2x Times is on , after the total amount win the 2x Text comea up and it rolls the money number total win..

 

So why doesn't it do that this time?

Yes I watched the video yes.

Once the feature ends the multiplier is not in play - this was your concern:

 

No matter how you look at it, the Multiplier will never apply after the total win. It only applied x2 during the spin where you got a full line of top symbol.

Here you won 199 for full line of that Lady top symbol. While it was counting your win, the multiplier already multiplied the win. So your initial win for the spin was 99.5 euros and if you add the x2 multiplier it adds to  199. So the win as per screenshot below was already multiplied during the count. If you did not have Multiplier of x2, your actual win would have been 99.5 euros.

Why didn't it do that during the video If it all 2x times? 

 

Are you saying that 200 I won is on 2 times or that I'm not.on 2x

So I was on 2xTimes and it happens only during the spin not towards the end.

..so why doesn't it show it's applying 2x Times as the example in the photo?

I gave you explanation and you still grasping at something. Even if the x2 came up, the wins is calculated correctly according to my break down.

I watched some youtube videos of people playing that game and for example if you win 40$ on one spin and there is 2x it shows up on the middle of the screen and doubles your winnings maybe he is saying why that didn't happen in his video.

So he is thinking that it wasn't calculated correctly and that his winnings should be doubled.
