Skrill/neteller fdb not processable

Hey community,

i dont want to say any Name of any Casino where i played etc yet. I pay in 100€ with skrill and got 200% fdb. I didnt touch the bonusmoney till i completed the wager and was left with around 1k€. then i stopped for a few days and played a bit more and spinned it up to 4k€ with various games. So i wrote support if acc is okay and everything and i got a weird message that skrill and neteller are not *förderunsfähig* no clue what to call this in english.  Anyway i googled a bit and it says that the fdb is not comparable with skrill/neteller or processable even tho they let me cashin and gave me the Bonus with that. so im  not sure if i get my Money/if i get some? of that Money. if anyone has had some similar experience pls let me know. Thx in Advance.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Guess it's a little hard to understand what you mean. But sometimes if you deposit with Skrill or Neteller you won't be entitled to the welcome bonus but considering you had the bonus I can't see this is what you mean so I'm left a little confused.

Can you explain what that word means in English by any chance so we can better understand what you mean.

hey ya the livechat wrote me that your account is completely verified and then added that the welcome first deposit Bonus is not eligible with skrill/neteller but i got the welcome first deposit Bonus while i deposited with skrill. so my Question is did i violate the Terms here because i didnt know that when i cashed in and if not is this scam when they give me the Bonus anyway instead of locking out skrill/neteller from the firstdepositbonus that i cant even cashin. so is this pure scam by them?. and what Money from that 4k€ i am allowed to get because this eligible with skrill/neteller is confusing me. as i said i cashed in 100€ got 200€ Bonus didnt touch the bonusmoney and completed the wager with around 1k€ and then spinned it up to 4k€.

As far as I know E-wallet deposits are not eligible for claiming bonuses - This would mean if you win they can confiscate your funds I think by right, even though if the system is automatic the system should not have credited that bonus at all since it detect a e-wallet deposit, and only your 100 balance should have shown.

I know you did not use the bonus, but that does not help, 1.) We would need the Casino name in order to see whether they are reputable, 2.) The see if  they could consider making an exception, as well as look at the other bonus terms to see whether real cash and bonus money are separate because if deposit and bonus funds are locked as bonus funds, then obviously they will not pay at all.

Bit like how some casinos find it easy to block restricted games and some don’t. Can only see one reason why. 

Even if there’s been no advantage play, most will trot out the ts and cs and confiscate. Even if you argue that as it’s 2019 they should have their systems set up (it’s easy) to stop instances like this happening. 

Youll find some are softer and more lenient if you’ve been playing with them a while but as this is a welcome bonus, you don’t have that.

Don’t see any harm in naming the casino : you’ve not savaged them.

What if the casino has bonus terms '' Real cash and Bonus cash are separate"? That should not affect him right, since he only used his real funds?

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. 

As advised by our fellow members above, we need the name of the casino in question to check their bonus terms and find our whether they have listed Skrill/Neteller as a no go for getting the welcome bonus.

Suppose: if separate and he’s not went into the bonus funds it’s difficult to see where the advantage of the bonus is. Becomes irrelevant : but that’s not to say they won’t quote ts and cs back at you; however unfair

If you’re in the bonus funds when separate: forget it, you’re done.

Together? Argument is you had advantage play as you could bet bigger for longer with the bonus funds.

Depends on their terms I suppose: some might say ‘claimed’ : which would seem to imply the point of deposit is when all you’re future winnings become void as it’s not distinguishing if you used it/if separate etc

I think it’s very harsh in the first instance to void winnings. Especially if the bonus is automated upon deposit.

Hey i played on Spinriders. wasnt bothering to look up any Terms before deposit cause on other sites when they dont accept the skrill it just didnt work.
