Conquestador Casino - Self Exclusion Issues

so I self excluded back last year when me and my wife split up in 2016 due to gambling habits where I'd racked up £10,000 worth debt only realised I could self excluded from bristish regulated sites through GamStop.

I suffer quite badly from depression and anxiety and recently hit a bad spell, in which for the first time in four years I went out to try and gamble which didn't take me long to come across the casino CONQUESTADOR 

We are MOBILE INCORPORATED LIMITED, whose registered office is at Elite Business Centre, Trejga ta' Box Box, Msida, MSD1840, Malta and whose company number is C84149 

We are licensed by the British Gambling Commission (licence number 000-051011-R-328955-002).

so licensed under the British gambling commission they should've been flagged up when I sent them my verification details for ID.

in less than 12hrs I'd spent over £2000 I've since asked due to the lack of running my details through the system and the flagging up of that I need help they've breached there duty of care policy.

ive emailed asking for a refund of deposits made since my account was made I've been refused...

They're a shocking site by the way: when you withdraw they leave the money in your account until they process the withdrawal - certainly a new one on me.

BTW - i won't go into the ins and outs re Gamstop in Public (for obvs reasons) but the OP's probably not going to like the answer. 

And yeah Valdes, those 'bonus' terms are truly awful. Why would a casino even have them - seriously, do people read them and go 'Oh, my - this looks like the place for me' - they'd be better off just being decent at what they do.
