Question about white hat gaming ltd

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Long story short i deposited 50, won around 1600.  i withdrew and have a 48 hour pending.  now i read their terms and conditions and i saw that if i have self excluded from one of their casinos on their network then i am not allowed to register.  I have no idea if i am excluded from their casinos, but i have signed up to alot of casinos and excluded from the occasional one if i got annoyed.

What are the chances that they dont pay me my winnings if i have accidently self excluded from one of their casinos?

Surley they shouldnt have let me sign up in the first place and deposit my money right?

am i being paranoid?

Hi @Randomusername87

 Welcome to AskGamblers

You can find a list of the white label group casinos here https://www.authorisation.mga.org.mt/verification.aspx?lang=EN&company=633683dc-daea-49e5-9a7e-da843d38e7de&details=1

Now you can see which ones in that list you registered at and try remember if you self excluded from any of them. If you did, then your money is gone, but if not then you will be safe.

Normally they should not have let you registered if you did in face self exclude but from all the SE issues being discussed, most casinos notify you from the self exclusion at withdrawal stage only which should not be the case...

Hope for the best and Good Luck,

Let us know if you received the withdrawal.

If they pick up on it, you'll not receive the winnings but will get your depo of 50 back. IF you signed up with the correct details - if you used different details to bypass the system, then nope - it's a breach of the t's and c's and you'll not even get the depo back.

'all reasonable steps to refuse service or to otherwise prevent an individual who has entered a self-exclusion agreement from participating in gambling'

Also;

 - How can you 'accidentally' SE from one of their sites? - There's pop up's galore when you choose these options

 - Why are you using SE if you're annoyed with them? It's clearly outlined that SE is for those with RG issues.

If I was you I'd be content to get my depo back.
