Hi Monique

Have you received an email stating the complaint was accepted or rejected? Did you go the relevant casino review page and access complaints from there to see if you could find it?

Note that in some cases it can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the complaint teams to review your case and accept it or rejected. The factors involved for the reviewing time frame are evidence, screenshots, information pertaining to the complaint case.

Have some patience, you should know the outcome shortly.

Welcome to AG...

Hey there,

I'm afraid the only AGCCS case under your username is the one listed below:

Raging Bull Casino - Why $1,000 payment is taking more than 4 weeks when it’s all been approved?

Needless to say we will need a lot more details to be able to assist further accordingly. Thanks.

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place. I've been trying to make a withdrawal from 21dukes for about 6 weeks now. Each time, I've put in a withdrawal request, they request more documentation. This is now my 3rd request to withdraw my funds and they are asking me to complete a voucher with all my credit card details in addition to a bank statement for that card, plus a picture of the front of the card. I'm not sure if this is correct, can someone help please.

When you say all your credit card details which ones do you mean? I mean it sounds pretty standard tbh with the front of the card and possibly a statement. Is it a large withdrawal amount?

I remember a bingo site asking me to fill out a form with my credit card details and sign and return.  In 2006. That's the most pointless thing i can think of.

Don't know why they're asking for the actual statement, - pretty poor if they're adding 'new' requests, conveniently at the withdrawal stage ?

I remember the dodgy RTG and Rival casinos asking to fill in credit card authorisation forms, that's what it reminded me of ?
