To be honest mate you clearly don't trust the casino, so maybe it's just better that you move on to another one? I know I certainly wouldn't be depositing anywhere that I thought was a 'hoax' or 'scam'.

You're not still on about this are you. Honestly now you are just wasting your time. Even if the winners list was fake do you honestly believe that the casino is ever going to admit this? Okay as soon i see casinos with that skins I never bother even to register , I claim no deposit bonuses very often and there are legit 50 of sites looking exactly the same just changed the names I don't know are they owned by someone or they are just buying Rights for that HUD and stuff but they don't even have live casino.

'Unbiased' or not would be something you should discuss IMHO after the case has been reviewed and decided not prior that.

Still, keep in mind that whatever their decision would be if they handle it unprofessional or 'biased' that could provide really serious arguments to a potential future law case.

I wrote a negative review of SlotJoint because of slow verification. But now I have changed my mind. After I was verified and got my first withdrawal, I have won several thousands and have been paid in full within 24 hours.  They also have great bonuses, so in my eyes a good casino.

It may not be entirely ethically correct, but I can nevertheless see why a new casino might decide to "bulk out" their winners roll in the early days to make the casino appear a little busier than it really is. Perhaps the code hasn't even been written properly to reflect real winners, as their simply weren't any at the time the code was written? (sloppy yes, but possible). If you complained about it and they went on to fix the issue so it now appears to display correctly, I think that's pretty much okay.  Casino's commit far worse indiscretions upon their players!

Have you actually got money on balance there that you have been unable to access due to the lockout of players from your country?

TBH it's more than a case of being ethically correct or not - doing so (ie not reflective of real winners) would break most marketing/promo codes of practice; i imagine any advertising standard would regard it as misleading at best. 

Slotty Vegas and Betat were quite bad at that - IIRC Slotty got pulled up(not sure if fined) about it as they had the word 'Pinnit JUST scored a nifty win in xx' - even if it was a week ago.

Do the regulators have specific conditions that relate to things like this ? I guess if a casino is running relatively unknown or less popular software then it could certainly be a bigger issue as players wouldnt be familiar with the kinds of hits that can be expected from those games, meaning any inaccurate "win reel" would definitely be misleading advertising. I just didn't think most players cared much about those things though, because the size of stake isn't given alongside the win amount - seeing that a player won £5,000 on any game means zero to me if the stake could have been £500 or more.

You'll find that most licensing codes refer to the relevant Advertising Standards Regulator: Eg the LCCP for the UK attached, as part of their licensing conditions

In effect, they breach both the ASA and their own licence conditions in doing so.

I get your point: most seasoned players won't even pay attention to it - certainly I don't. But that's kinda the purpose of an advertising regulator - to make sure that companies aren't misleading their consumers, regardless of how well the player knows the industry. 

My personal view is that, whilst it may seem insignificant to some, the least we can expect of any company is that they don;t lie/mislead. Plus,  if their attitude was 'just stick on some fake winners' my next thought would be 'oh, ok, wonder what else they are so blase about?'
