In the grand scheme of things, while an absolutely terrible customer service move and poorly handled all around they are within their rights to close any account at any time, so there is little you can do about it.. with that said however, even if you could get it reopened, would you want to? I see this becoming a public relations nightmare very swiftly especially on the tail end of all the recent money saving/bonus reducing changes at the casino. Leovegas did the same with me (and lying, yes i used that word because that's exactly what they did, under the guise of a made up self exclusion). I couldn't do anything - was told they're a private business and they can trade with whomever they want. I imagine VS will say the same. Personally i think it's ridiculous. All you want is the reason, if any, that they did it. Sadly I don;t even think going to MGA will make a difference as, strictly speaking, they can do what they want. But i'd push to get some form of recompense for the free spins etc because they were earned prior to it. Clash of Spins - waste of time. Lowering the RTP when possible. Not exactly the sign of a casino building - maybe there are issues in the background/maybe they're simply making themselves more sustainable or maybe they are gearing up to be sold. Who knows but a definite change in them over the last 6-12 months. As above Mate - don't get your hopes up for the a/c being re-opened.... They cannot give answers but just to keep on quoting the conditions that "At their discretion they can close any account without explanation"... If I were you, I would just kick the blardy casino over Dover Cliff and move on...just like what I did to one of my local Asian online casinos. What if our Fiekie mate here made a $1000 deposit each time but withdrew $30,000 instead, many times within a short span of time? Which casino management would not jump up in their seats? IMHO, you took the right decision putting an end to this case as there is no one out there (or here) who's actually capable to provide help considering the nature of the dispute.
