Issues withdrawing at ZenCasino

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, 

I have become a victim of the Curacao Licensed Casino : ZenCasino. They offer a 5€ Free Bonus with a 45x Wagering Requirement upon signup and despite such horrific terms and conditions I managed to furfill the requirements. I obtained 5€ Real Cash, free to use, without any withdrawing limits. 

So I used the bonus on the sportsbook. I had a lucky streak during the Europa League and won a total amount of 400€. It isn't alot, but who wouldn't be happy, am I right? So the next day I try to login and my account is blocked. I contact the support of ZenCasino, who tell me they don't know why my account has been closed and the supervisor will contact me personally. Of course nothing happened so far.

Having trust in AskGamblers, I posted a review on the Casino and made a complaint. My reviews get deleted, despite not being against the "posting guidelines". I try to warn other users, but AskGamblers basically rejects it. Now lets go deeper into the case. ZenCasino is posting its own reviews, praising and exaggerating how awesome of an experience the casino is. I will provide screenshots to show you how corrupt they are. They used my transcript from the live chat and made a whole review from it. After showing it to AskGamblers, the answer I get is "that isn't solid proof". See it for yourselves in the attachments.

So my account is closed since 3 days and neither ZenCasino nor AskGamblers are planing on doing me a favor and solving the case. Yesterday I contacted the support once again and asked what is going on. He tells me there is an investigation running, because I bet on manipulated games. Such a lame excuse, let's be real here. 

In order to withdraw your winnings at ZenCasino you have to make a deposit of 10€ minimum. So let's see what the ZenCasino worker tells me:

[20:37] Guest: Yes, but I wanted to actually make a deposit to withdraw winnings
[20:37] Guest: And now I know that I won't see my money at all
[20:37] Guest: It's not a serious procedure

ZCteam: I’m glad you didn’t. It would be more disappointment

 

As you can see. He tells me he is glad, I didn't deposit at all, because he knows that ZenCasino is a fraud and I guess he is well aware, that my account has been closed for no reason. I am truly disappointed  by AskGamblers who claim to help victims and I know that you'll ban me like your partner ZenCasino, but that is not how life works. Scamming people is extremely unethic and I hope one day, you'll be victims of a scam too and nobody helps you. It's a disgusting feeling.

 

So to everyone who reads this. Avoid ZenCasino and don't trust AskGamblers.

Okay so you're basically slating us but your post has been approved as you are of course entitled to your opinion. Also this is a good way to get an answer as to why exactly your complaint has been rejected and our admin @ValDes will be along to answer that soon. I can assure you that!

Agree that the transcript from the casino is completely unprofessional and if they actually did say that to me I'd be pretty annoyed too. I don't know anything at all about sports betting so I can't really comment on that side of it. However, there will be a reason your complaint was rejected and Valdes may even give you advise on how to get a new one opened so what I'd suggest you do is wait for his reply.

P.s See you're not banned so looks like you were wrong there ?

As usual, will stick to the facts rather than entering into a dispute where there's none. The simple truth is we have rules and guidelines set in place and you must either follow these /just like tens of thousands other AG members/ OR find some other website to suit your demands.

The support team basically tries to be kind, but I guess they do know, that their supervisor is an dishonest person, who tries to scam people.
I believe the reviews about this Casino here are fake, as the traffic on the site shows, that there are barely 30 active people daily.
To the administrator who will answer this and lie about how I was rightfully banned, you know I wasn't, you are a dishonest person, who wasted 3 days of my life and you should be ashamed of yourself. You maybe should overthink your life, as scamming doesn't get you far. If you were a serious casino, you would have a Malta regulated license, but you don't. Instead you're sitting on a Curacao License and anyone who actually wins anything, gets banned - because why not, nobody can do anything against it. People like you make me sick.

You are totally free to share your honest opinion about a casino, but try to support your statements with the relevant factology. Do not underestimate the intelligence of other gamblers by leaving single-sentence comments like ‘OMG, this casino is great’ or ‘This casino sucks big time’.

Keep in mind that one sentence review can not be considered and accepted as genuine review that contains valuable information to other players.
