Split Aces casino illegally advertising and taking money from Uk players

Dear fellow askgamblers

Splitaces casino have sent me tones of advertisement and they are advertsing in another affiliate that they accept uk players they even send me text to my un phone so I decide to deposit. I deposit 450 pounds and  no game will pay it will go empty  10 free spins and no pay in every game that I tried they are the worse of the worst this have after I found that the have rigged software

So they are basically robbing people 

They keep bombarding my uk number with advertisement which they are not allow 

They are not allow to transact with uk players  as they to not have a license issue by the uk gambling commision !  However  advertise that they they do accept uk players !

They have recognise that they do not have the uk license but they are not bother in taking money from uk players .

Wow support is absolutely dreadful. Unfortunately,, this isn't the first casino to accept UK players without a UK license. I suggest  you to consider the idea of using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. More about how to use it here.

Hey there and thanks for reporting. 

As advised already by my colleague, please use AGCCS and submit a case against them asap. If you know someone else who's having the same issue, tell them to come here and do the same. This is the most efficient and fastest way to make them pay for their shady practices cause by either refunding deposits they were not allowed to take at a first place OR by getting official warning for having too much unresolved AGCCS complaints in case they decide to refuse cooperating. 

And hey, don't forget to notify the UKGC as well. Although not quite sure what might be their actions and subsequent consequences for the operator. ?

At the risk of being accused of being a troll - I find it strange (well i don't) that the OP again (Vegasland thread) deposits at a non UKGC casino. Loses money and then claims they were duped (whilst this doesn't excuse the casino for taking non UK players) so they can see can they get their money back. 

You're  playing at non UK casinos as you're on Gamstop for gambling addiction (not my words, theirs)

I find it hard to swallow that the OP is in horror that the casino accepted them as it's obvious what they're doing. 

Despite stating 'lesson learned' - you obviously haven't. Best placed to get your head sorted to overcome it rather than make this a habit.

I am only going to answer this ones,  when I post my thread I did point our that they sent me lots of advertisement !

Yes I am gambling addict ! And the fact that they send me lots of advertisement made me mad  and I felt for it !

That is why it is call an addiction !  Addictions are bad and does not help if a none license casino bombarde you with advertisement. I have been trying my best my sometimes I feel weak because I am going though a though time because I lost my child and this make vulnerable !

i can see that you read everything post by everyone to look for flows and make accusations !

You make a conspiracy for everything and for everyone and only read what you want to read to make the accusation.

You did not read the one we’re i did mentioned that I gambling addict and battling my demons and lost my child !

That will give you a clear indication of why I act like that !

I don’t think you are troll I think you are a perfect individual with out flows and it is so perfect that all you do is too look all day and  all night  in selective info so you can make It public.

This the last time I reply to you because for me your opinion does not matter anymore this time  I notice that you do hurt people with the intention of getting views or comments. Just remember one word : KARMA

Glad to see this was addressed so promptly and appropriately, I resisted the urge to click the reply button when I read it earlier to avoid fanning the flames and creating the impression we were all jumping on the negativity bandwagon.
