Well, could it perhaps be that you wagered with an amount, more than 30 percent or equal of your deposit.

Did you play Martingale at Roulette maybe.

Hi, I would advice to check your play history to see if you have actually betted 30% or more of your deposit.

If you didn't bet 30% or more than contact them again and ask exactly what the irregular play was, however I am very suprised that one can't use martingale in roulette. That's the first casino I've seen that has this rule.

Following on from V, avoid like the plague - as unethical group of casinos as there is out there.
