Commenting on News, Player Reviews and AGCCS cases.

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys

Some weird thought popped up in my mind. Would it not be nice to be able to comment directly on the news pages, or review pages or complaint case against a casino.

However I do not mean to interrupt the actual topic, but just a subsection for someone to read additional comments especially on the AGCCS cases.

News: Something Similar like how you have a comment section on news articles?

So news and AGCCS would have the same kinda comments section... like the picture below

Player reviews - Maybe have an option to respond to the feedback casinos manager has left on your player review on the exact same review? So maybe a reply button

Hi Fiekie and thanks for your feedback, appreciate that! :good:

For what is worth, News and AGCCS comments have been an option a few years ago before the AG major redesign. Both sections lack any serious amount of comments or have been often targeted by spammers which resulted in removing that feature.

Comments on Player Review though is totally different story and I can assure you 2019 will most probably deliver significant changes. Actually, we have already cooking something and hope you would be able to see it up and running somewhere in the early autumn or by the end of the year. ;)

i think the casinos, upon a successful complaint for the player, should state some sort of action point to show how they aim to reduce the number of similar complaints in the future  :p Something like this:

Complaint - player denied winnings due to casino invoking some vague, anti consumer, term in their t's and c's

Upheld for player

Casino Action - A management decision has been taken to stop the informal/unseen policy of trying to shaft players.

In a perfect world, maybe .... In the current online gambling universe what you suggest sounds as mission impossible. :p

Yeah for the news section Fiekie we used to have this feature before but it was hardly ever used and then the issue was even when members did post a comment the writer wouldn't get notifications of the comments. So the feature itself was pretty pointless but I'd like to see it back myself with with a notification feature included.

And then maybe also add : Advise/Tip for players : How they can prevent being in a same situation as the complaint that was submitted.. :-)

Definitely a good idea but the only problem is that actually, punters hate to read! Yeah, that's the harsh reality and no one and nothing is in a position to change that!  :fool:

No other reasonable explanation how it is even possible that thousands of players would keep joining, depositing and playing in an online casino with close to 1000 cases and hundreds of bad reviews across internet. It's really insane!  :unknw:

We have AG Gambling Guide which is indeed an ultimate tool for any punter to keep away from facing complaints related situation, ever and guess how many players read it... :(

What I don’t get... people, in their normal lives, will take meticulous care of their money. The look at reviews of the lastest Vacuum Cleaner or Car, they check and compare prices, they decide not to purchase certain models of items due to their poor reviews. Etc etc.

Then they decide to gamble. Major difference is now we’re dealing with serious money - both deposit wise and potential win wise.

Most don’t read reviews, don’t check the casinos reputation, don’t select the ‘best product’, despite the fact that in many cases the stakes are, literally, higher.

Honestly don’t get it. Gamblers are either dumb or greedy - or both, cos that makes no sense to me.

In general of course...

Exceptions to every rule ;-)

Before my first deposit I read and re-read the TOS, bonus conditions, promotional small print and damn near anything else available on the site to get an idea of who/what I'm dealing with. I check reviews from 3 different sources and a couple google searches just to fill in any blanks.

I like to make informed decisions when it comes to donating my money to worthy causes...erm.. I mean casinos..

If only most of the players were doing that... Sigh!... Triple Sigh!  :nea:

Then what would you do with all of your free time when 98% of the complaints and casino troubles vanished for the average user?

;-P

Our Guru would then be bounty hunting and finding jars...what else!

I dunno, with that much free time he may in fact be found in a nice padded room while the men in white jackets mocked his insane ramblings about dancing jars..

Or more fortnight vacations for fishing
