Here's hoping the regulators read the complaints that people are submitting and finding away to deal with some of them before they hit the complaints stage though as well. To those ‘in the know’ we have this forum/complaints and others who will progress player issues. But the bulk of players may not even know or be unaware and therefore get shafted or give up at customer support stage. But hopefully AG and others lead to them improving their operations. And I’m sure it has done.
