Earning VIP status and feeling ignored

Im Miranda, netherlands, long Time Royal panda player. So i know RP is a very popular casino and up until a year ago i cheered them on as well. A lot is good at royal panda, nice games and a good support. I left a medium review because of that, I do however abruptly stopped playing a couple of days ago. And here is why.

 

This is my first online casino, i used to play in real casinos but because of health problems ( physical not mental) i decided to try out an online casino and Royal panda was it. Since for me gambling is always something i did instead of going out. I play with a budget. It means i play for a certain amount, if its gone its gone the computer goes off and if i win something well yay. It goes in my daughters ( themepark, vacation, a.k.a. fun stuff we do savings account) Offcourse i do aim for jackpots, because we all want that) The casino treated me well, there was a problem in the beginning when my deposits werent credited, and i got in touch with the servicedesk and they fixed it. As a bonus eventhough i wasnt a vip they gave me a cashdrop and all was well. So when i became healthy i decided to stay . Most days i lost some days i would win. and besides its fun. 

after a while i became a silver vip. and when i was on a loosing streak i would occasionally get a cashdrop of 10 or 25 euros. however there was a big discussion about bonus spins in the game Fruit shop dissapearing, there woud be two added according to the game but it ended without the spins. I contacted them again and it was a weeklong discussion where they claimed i got them, and i made a video where it happened schreenshots and all, still they would not believe me and said it was my phone. I got so tired of the discussion i let it go. and started playing somewhere else for a while ( where this never happened)  I did however miss my old and trusted casino. So i came back. 

 

Since i am a software developer i did notice a lot of errors, but hey i could be a critic everytime i nicely reported one just a copy and paste reaction.. okay.. never mind.

I was a silver VIP for a long time, and now i recently reached gold status, wich means i have gambled a lot there.. a real big pile of hard earned cash as i mentioned in my review i bluntly asked them.. so what are the benefits of me being gold and having a lot of mileage? sort of jokingly, but also a bit serious. I read a lot of things about cashbacks, extra cashdrops and no one at Royal Panda has come with such an offer... hummmmmm is it because i dont blow 10000 a week?

 

I got a 30 euro cashdrop after that email and was told "we have extra special offers for gold members just wait and see.

Thats where i left the review.. and immediatly got called by royal panda , they explained the benefits , more free spins, wich i dont use, because i really dislike the wagering on those, and they know that) and furthermore nothing special. yes another 50 euro cashdrop.  offcourse they immediatly posted under my review, because they sure are on top of negative reviews, The thing with these cashdrops is, they hardly give you a win, they are gone faster than you can blink. So you deposit again,  and that is probably why they give cashdrops...until i reached my quota. and then i logged off again. its the same with the cash bonusses you can buy, they somehow are determined to dissapear really really quick.

 

I hate to be ungratefull but the loyal panda vip program really is a bummer. Im sure they mean well, but bonusses are very low, and very few, yeah free spins and bonusses with wagering is what they spam you with. So this weekend i asked Again, what can you offer me as a gold member? Nothing was the reply, so i stopped playing.

 

yesterday i received another 30 spins, wich i asked them to remove, because they know for a year now i dont want free spins, and they cancelled all the bonusses with wagering requirements because i asked them to. it annoys me, that i had to log in to ask them to remove the bonus,

 

Im considering unibet, advice of a friend. But does anyone else here feel that the minute you become vip you are no longer a valuable player? Responses take longer, cashdrops are a lot fewer and when they call you or email, they are annoyed. and in a hurry. and answer half the questions. 

 

I dont need to be treated as a princess, but id like to be taken seriously..

 

i guess i need a new hobby, is armknitting still a thing ?

Firstly, I don't know about Unibet's program, but I'd be surprised if it's any good. They're a notoriously stingy casino who I've had one bonus in about 12 months from.....

 

I was a VIP at RP and I didn't mind it that much - it was OK...but near the end i noticed that the perks were drying up a tad. 

 

Surely becoming a VIP is the opposite? Faster customer service etc?

 

To be honest i think there are very few good VIP schemes about. Betat used to have an excellent one. Bet Victors was the best for me - hotel, Formula 1 trip, Horseracing and 250 quid spending money etc - it really was that good - probably isn't now right enough.

 

Have a look out for ones that offer decent cashback for losses or profit bonus's - if you're putting a lot through them then that'll be half decent. 

 

I'm also in Mr Green's - it's rubbish. I get a reload bonus once a month and that's the height of theirs so your 50 quid cashdrops aren't probably that bad

also the lp points? you can buy an iphone for 270.000 lp points...... you earn a lp point for every 10 euros deposited or gambled ehm... so i buy an iphone for 2700000,00 euros?

thars a bit steep right? or maybe a beanie for  just 3500 lp points? its a bargain really??? lol.  allright  armknitting it is

Make sure you check their wagering with it - Betat has mine at 5x. Used to like it cos when you bust out it gave you a good chance to get some of it back :-)

 

Aside from that i like ones that have a reasonable points system that you can convert as well.

 

Ps - if customer service gets worse at any casino the more you play then there must be something wrong with the scheme and I’d be ditching it :-p

 

Sadly it’s hard to tell who has the best one...details on the sites are always a tad light as to what to expect.

 

Check out Grosvenor, if you can play there - a few of my pals seem to like it.

In a situation like yours I would simply wish the operator goodbye and start looking for a new one which would hopefully appreciate better my deposit loyalty.

 

Totally agree with @volendam101 though, you should never take these so called loyalty schemes and programs so seriously, after all it takes LOSSES to get there and not wins, right.

Betat really was the best. Im a lowroller but i played there often. I remember when once i accidentally breached bonus terms and bet $18 instead of 18 cents (!?!?) on DoA and live chat was, its cool dont worry about it.

The other time they made a mess up of their Achievements rewards (they had money rewards for IR and Thunderstruck) and deleted my rewards alltogether, i was missing quite a few but they actually credited me with $250 i would get for clearing rewards, with something like 3x wagering.

Mind you that was before Betat had new owners, but new betat isnt that bad either but i dont think they are that good anymore. Oh and they had weekly free spins offers (like really good offers, 100 free spins at a time for deposits of $20-50) with 10x wagering and i dont think even you would find that excessive

 

Unibet while it doesnt really offer any VIP stuff per se, its still a good place to play because they have tons of tournaments with cash rewards.

Tbh you sound like mid-highroller and in that case you are probably better off playing at place like Trada, which offers permanent cashback (well almost permanent, they dont really like it when you use cashback code with every single deposit either).
