Hmmm that's quite a tough question, I'm not sure know any that don't have a maximum stake when playing with a bonus? There may be some that I'm not aware of or don't play at. And most casinos will have some game restrictions too so I think what you're looking for is a pretty big ask.

You’re probably not going to get one - not a reputable casino anyway. Some dodgy ones may say they have no max bet on it but given that they’re not going to pay you, it’s irrelevant.

 

Casinos need to cap their liability so I’d find it odd if any of the good ones had no max bet with a bonus.

 

As for any or all games... it can change on a daily basis. Slotsmillion are one of the few sites to allow you to play DOA with a bonus but next week it may be 50 per cent

 

Try LandL casinos like Fun Casino - they don’t restrictany games (now I think about it, they’re possibly one that has no game restrictions)
