Firstly learn the rules, if you are going to play video poker be sure that you are ready for it, especially if you are going for the money. Once you have already assembled the rules, start to practice with free games and simulations. My advice is to skip the video poker, as this game is rigged in most of the cases. Your switching from slots to video pokers   That's quite a switch! Is it just a dry patch you're going through with slots or have you never had much luck with them? I've never indulged in video pokers myself, seems like a drastic change though considering you don't have much knowledge with the game either.
