Maxi
Hi all, Just after a little advice before it gets messy! I played through £50 bonus money and during the 8hr session i increased my bet to £2.50 for 10-15 spins due to an extra mouse click! Once i realised i dropped it back to £2 or less for the remainder of my session. Bonus terms and conditions state max bet during bonus play through is £2. I have now released the bonus funds into cash to the amount of £1700. I am waiting for £500 withdrawal to be processed but expecting the site to say sorry you breached terms and conditions so all cash funds are now void. Any support welcome Regards Terry. ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Bad news unfortunately. Unless the operator in question decide to make some compromise (quite an usual practice to say the least), you should expect your winnings to be confiscated and initial deposit amount to be restored. Sorry to disappoint, but this is how it usually goes when a clear breach of bonus/casino terms have been proved.

Hello Terry I am with Valdes on this one - You should have contacted support immediately as soon as you made those bets. They could have given feedback there already or left a note on your account - Stating that you realised you made a mistake etc and maybe then you could have resolved this issue. The only thing you can hope for now, is that casino management will over look it as a one time thing and excuse you for making the mistake. pinnit2015
I presume it’s Redbet? Their max bets around half of what others usually. Few years ago when they had different owners they were a little more accommodating but now tbh they’ll just tell you you’ve breached it. I’m also pretty sure some base their decision on how regular you play, wager, deposit with them. At one place I did breach it and I was still paid - I reckon they didn’t want to lose the number of bust deposits over the next 12 months :-)
Maxi
Ouch, I fear the worst then. Thanks for the feedback. The sour grape side of me is saying dump the balance to a lucky high stakes poker player rather than it consolidating back into the site Thanks Terry. frankel
