Mum2four87
I went to log in to my trada casino account, I have been on it a year or so always deposited, withdrawn a few times.. all problem free... All of a sudden my account is permanently blocked... This is what I get from SOPHIE AT TRADA CASINO Sorry account is shut decision is finale. That's it,, no reason !!?? Because there is no issue it's a 100% verified account. A real let down casino... Wouldn't go back even if they did reopen it!! NEVER! Completely untrustworthy cop outs
ValDes
Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers. Hmm, pretty unusual stuff from an AskGamblers certified operator such as Trada... More details are required for us to be able to help adequately anyway. cocopop3011
pinnit2015
Not an untrustworthy worthy casino in the slightest - in fact, one of the more player focused and ethical. You can submit a complaint here but I suspect, given their use of ‘closing at mananagement discretion’, they will not divulge the reason why. I know if a few this has happened to at a Trada so there’s definitely something going on in the background It’s annoying, and happened to me once, but there’s little can be done - fully within their rights to deal with whom ever they want. Doesn’t mean they’re not trustworthy. ValDes

Yes I agree, unusual for Trada to say the least. @Mum2Four87 - Are there definitley no duplicate accounts, this is just the first thing that springs to my minde as a reason to clock your account? Or maybe a second one under same IP without consent?

Well, the OP, being a mum to 4 kids, can certainly face all sorts of happenings...like things getting lost...things forgotten...things getting out of hand...but anyway, there must be some logical reason/s for getting her account blocked/closed off. "Account closed for no reason?...that's illogical!" as Mr Spock would say.
pinnit2015
To be fair to the OP, I’d quite like to know why they invoke their right to close without reason. Trada are normally quite upfront with issues so by doing so would seem to infer that they believe something is not right (normally reserved for fraud related matters) FYI - when mine was closed at a casino i barraged a casino with reasons why years ago... transpired their system had linked me to another Pinnit on their site who they ‘had problems with’ ;-) Again, be good if someone from the casino could state why they don’t need to give a reason when they do so? Common across most places - Guys have been doing the same to a few peeps recently as well.
