Wildblaster...or Wildblastard?

Right now, I am fuming smoke out of my ears!  :angry:

 

Why? Yesterday, I made a small win of $82 at Wildblaster Casino, another of Direx NV group of casinos, but my withdrawal was rejected! WTF!!! My documents have already been approved, but now they are insisting that my selfie be taken whilst chatting with their Live Chat host! One more WTF!!!

 

Wildblaster Casino is just like Roy Richie Casino, which wanted my selfie holding my ID, and with their email clearly visible in my laptop screen in the background, like my handphone is Hubble telescope that can take sharp photos million of miles away!

 

I then submitted my poor quality selfie (my old handphone simply cannot take sharper photos), but that got rejected within 1 minute. 'Take a selfie with the Live Chat', the reply insisted. That makes for my third WTF!!!

 

There is no mention of any selfie requirement in their T&C, and by closing my account, I would not get a single cent back either! WTF!!!

 

No other casino has ever got more than 3 'WTF's before...so Wildblaster Casino is the FIRST!!!  :angry:

 

I am now contemplating to play off my balance to zero, and then immediately request for closure of my account...or think of something else to do.

 

AGCCS??? Will that help? I really don't know!

 

Any suggestions please?  :(

Give them as they ask, too add extra verification hold your id card with 3 fingers.. middle in front of course..

 

As part of my standard "over the top" KYC I actually took a GEOTAGGED photo of my license held up so that the numbers on the front of my house are visible in the picture that is literally tagged FROM OUTER SPACE with my street name and city, because I am forever having digital copies of my bills rejected... sorry.. I don't get utility bills.. I get bank info and government bills and they come pdf ;-P

Nope! They weren't flirting at all...they were dead serious...even the Live Chat host! 

 

I like your idea of holding up my ID with 3 fingers...the middle one in front...hahaha...but they won't accept any other selfie! It MUST be a selfie taken whilst chatting with their Live Chat host!

 

Well...I may give them that selfie...but not of my face...but of my naked you-know-what!!! And with my middle finger up too!  <_<

Lol that seems worth the lost withdrawal simply for the comedic value.. but you never know, pose like a champion stud, wrap the prize in some mad dollar dollar bills yo and they may be so remiss to lose your future.. uh.. deposits that that pay you out.. with tip :-p

 

Or... use the laptop camera to show your face.. and place a full lengtth mirror behind your naked self so they an see the screen in the reflection.. claim it’s the only way you could figure to give hem what they requested

I am having trouble with Mars Casino right now. Its been almost 24 hours and my documents have not been approved, actually it was in approved status yesterday and suddenly not approved anymore. My withdrawal not processed yet either.

 

This is the first Direx N.V casino that is taking this long and now they tell me the manager needs to approve my docs.

For one damn lousy Direx NV casino...this Wildblastard Casino...I am thinking of totally BOYCOTTING all Direx NV casinos and close my accounts! That's the price they will have to pay for my miserly $82!!!  <_<

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the aforementioned brand, mate. :(

 

You may try with AGCCS, however please make sure no skip the "WTF" part. 

 

Skip the 'What the freaking' part? No problem mate!

Will wait a bit before I use AGCCS again...that would take some time to resolve too.  :p

Well, I am happy to say that someone up there...or someone in Wildblaster Casino...has been listening to my laments and WTFs...hahaha.  :D

 

I have just received a 'polite' reply from the casino's support team, requesting me to make a fresh withdrawal, which I have just done a minute ago. Let's see how things work out from hereon.  :good:

 

I have just counted the total number of Direx NV casinos that I have...17 of them...and all were at the edge of a cliff...waiting to be push over by me!  :crazy:

 

More news update...payment has just been received...not even 5 minutes in waiting!!! Whoopie!  :yahoo:

 

Wildblaster Casino Support Team...thank you very much for listening and for being reasonable.

Many other casinos simply would not!  :good:

As for me, Mars Casino has been sent back to Mars by me some months back! The only Direx NV casino that got booted off so far! Hehehe. Why? I can't remember now...but I guess they wanted my selfie too...but wouldn't listen to my reasonings!  :p

There is no need for this - as iv said before E Verification gives all the information needed to verify. No, no need half the time for these requests.

 

Just seen that you’re already verified? So, why? If they feel the need to ask for more verification then they shouldn’t even allow you to deposit. Funny how it’s always at withdrawal.

Well I'm glad to have read this post further down .... I really didn't think any verification would be worst than that first one but this one took the biscuit!! Absolutely ridiculous, however they definitly redeemed themselves so congrats on your winnings.

 

Are you keeping your account open or another one on the closure list? :p

Thank you my dear. Well, they have redeemed themselves, have proven to be super fast at payments, and whomever that was who came to my rescue was simply superb...so no point in wasting a good casino after all, right?

 

Wildblaster got saved...but Mars Casino got sent back to Mars some time back, hehehe.  :p

Its been 48 hours and Mars casino has not touched or reviewed my documents at any points. On the night of the 14th my documents was in approved status. I then contacted live chat to ask about my withdrawal and suddenly my docs was not approved afterwards.

 

They say it was a mistake that it was approved and the manager needs to approve it. Tehy cannot even provide me with updates.

Lets give it till today because they have a policy to say that a withdrawal can take Maximum 3 business days according to their terms and conditions.
