Dunder verification

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have recently made a withdrawal from my Dunder account to which they wanted ID documents to verify my identity, it seems on sign up I entered the wrong date of birth (17th instead of 25th) will this affect me verifying my account? I have contacted support to which they stated they have added a note on my account saying it was a mistake. Has anyone done this before? Will this be an issue?

Thank you

Hmmm...strange mistake really considering 17 is not like 25 but I guess a mistake is a mistake, hopefully the casino will agree. Nope I've never had this issue before personally. I've accidentally put Mr instead of Mrs though :p

But on a more serious note, hopefully it will be good and they'll understand. Keep us posted.

A Mr instead of Mrs...oh geees!  :D

I had a few similar 'mistakes' too...marked as female...but that was done by the stupid system itself...I merely missed ticking the button.  :p

Anyhow, I find it very very strange how anyone can wrongly key in his/her own date of birth! It's not like "damn...on what date was I born???"

But this isn't a serious mistake - can be easily verified by ID documents, so no worries there.  ;)

I do find it strange the date of birth was so wrong. I'd understand if it was like 24 instead of 25, easy mistake pressing wrong button like that and nt noticing. But like you said verification documents should do it.

I have seen in the past though some casinos returning deposits, not for this exact mistake. I can't remember what registration it was now, but something silly.

I recall a certain notoriously awful group of Rather Terrible Game providers that somehow on every single registration when able to review my information at a later date (which itself was rare) always had my date of birth off by one digit. Sure.. I could have made the same mistake across 6 sister sites that never occurred on any other sites.. or it was yet another shady way they had set up to prevent legitimate wins from being withdrawn.. because clearly the player had provided false registration information right?

Personally never found out because I never risked my deposits there, feel sorry for those who did though.

Whaaat? Now that is really really strange!  :shok:

I have not ever come across any of such mistakes with my registered details...except for the missing country bit, due to my country not in the countries list, but not restricted from registering either. Anyhow, I always check to see that all my details are correct.  ;)

Welcome to AskGamblers :)

Hmm, not really the most common mistake which gamblers do upon registering, but might be an honest one nonetheless...

Dunder got some serious amount of new complaints recently, most of which referring to verification issues and delayed payments, so I'm not quite sure it will be that easy getting your account successfully verified, but let's hope that wouldn't be your case...

Quite surprised by their complaints if I’m honest... Mrs P plays there quite often, me not so much, but verification was a breeze for both, 2k plus withdrawals in minutes a few times etc and generally no stalling etc.

Maybe we were just lucky ;-)

I have to be honest I was quite surprised myself when I just looked I didn't think they'd have so many!

In that case I really do hope they see the OP's 'mistake' as a mistake or I'm guessing there'll be another complaint for them to deal with.

The top 3 casino's i've played at for verification are probably:

1. Novibet - all done in about 30 minutes

2. LV Bet - probably the same. Really impressed by them overall.

3. Videoslots

The worst:

1. Spinit - shambolic: 7 days

2. Mr Green - a week because they reject without telling you why.

3. Don't play there anymore but Nektan's are about 3-4 days.

I think i did it once years and year ago - I was talking to Mrs P when signing up and put my day/month and may have put her year as I was doing something for her online and just blindly put it in.

TBH i don't see what the big deal would be for them. Only scenarios would be if OP was self excluded from system and trying to hide that/under 18 etc.

Compare that 30 minutes to under 5 minutes total at a few Direx N.V casinos!

I was still uploading my next document when the submitted ones got approved!  :D

Totally agree!

Back in the spring when I was on my high-ride-Play'N Go-incredible-run-show across Direx casinos some verified account and paid four figure amount in less than 10 mins! :o

Gess, how I miss those days... Sigh!  :cray:

How I wish all MGA/UKGC licensed casinos can be as fast!

All I'm getting from most of them are registration restrictions...verification problems...and documents rejections!

So how to compare them with Direx N.V casinos? Hence none of MGA/UKGC licensed casinos are in my regular playing list!  :p

I forgot about Aspire - they are shocking an all. Never mind spamming you, they delay and stall with the best of them

Hate to say it but the old Bingo sites probably have some of the best freebies/loyalty schemes sometimes. Bingogodz (part of the LV Group - booo) send Mrs P bonus after bonus. I don't just mean free spins but yesterday was a 150 quid bonus with x1 wagering. Which would be good even if once every 3 months but this was a week after another 100. Seriously, it's constant. BG's bonus is brilliant as well - 100 quid? Go down to 50? Still in Bonus money and then if you got to 1050 - you can withdraw 1000, making wagering irrelevant! It takes the lowest amount you go down to as the bonus amount and therefore anything above it is withdrawable - no matter what the wagering is.

Was the same when i started my days at one of them - you'd ask the VIP manager to throw you a bone and then a 250 bonus with x3 wagering was in your account. Now? 100 10p spins.

Only downside is the 72 hour pending periods and the fact their support are clueless.

Pinnit

Gamesys is another one which gives great bonuses with Zero wagering but you either have to spend big or stop playing thier sites for a couple of weeks.

Last month starspins give me a free £32 zero wagering cashed out £200

I used to play on heart bingo which in IMHO wasn't great stopped playing 3 weeks later they give me a welcome bonus (even tho I hadn't went back) of £18 zero wagering the play I had with that 18 was unbelievable so one thinks to him self after 6 hours playing thier money I would try 20 of my own Boom £20 gone in 5 mins.

Also the same scenario as above with monopoly/jackpotjoy

Very strange but indeed

To date I gave still only had to verify with one casino and that was shadow bet I have cashed out from 20x.

Saying that out of that 20 itmost of them was only a single cash out for small amounts.

Signed up with trada and they blocked my account looking KYCd before I even despoited which obviously didn't happen.

That’s right Piper - virgin games? Iv had quite a few good ones there

Here’s a tip - opt out of their marketing for a week and then opt in. You’ll normally get an offer that follows: cash/bonus

Compare that to the GiG places: deposit 100 quid for 50 free spins. Meh

Well, I have always believe, and still believe, that playing with bonus money or with given free spins are way more loose than playing with pure deposited money! The difference in the game play becomes so obvious...the free spins game become so blardy hard to get...and the payouts tend to be peanuts most of the time too! Only a very very few casinos did not show this difference that obviously...but I cannot remember and didn't keep track of which casinos.  :p

Afi - whilst ur here.

Looking to reacquaint myself with Playtech...(if I play bonanza or BF games they’ll take it off me as I’m well up on them-yeah I know slots don’t have a memory. Hmm)

Suggestions? Fancy a bit of playtime so I’d even take a game whose potentials not massive but may like to bonus me quite a bit - last time I tried Great Blue it murdered me in the sea :-0
