Don't know if anyone plays here but, as a regular there until about 6 months ago, they've completely went off the radar.

 

There are no now deposit /spins offers, the cashback has went up in a puff of smoke and the website is prone to login issues relatively often. Last time it took them 2 weeks to work out why i couldn't login. 

 

Once a very player friendly casino who would throw you the odd x10 wagering chip to one that no longer has any enticements to play. I was told that the reason their bonus offers disappeared was cos of an issue with their module. That was 5 months ago 

 

I know casinos aren't all about perks but when there are so many, when one that had them disappears, you kinda notice

That's the main reason why I closed my account at Casumo...no more getting those nice 15 Regular free spins and wonderful 5 Super Spins each week...despite making deposits at the casino on and off. Those were the beautiful days at Casumo...now it's on the High Street calling customers to make a deposit to get some bonuses or free spins. No thank you from me!

Was among their most loyal customers for some time back in 2014-2016...

 

Everything changed in December 2015 when they were blackmailed for a ransom and after refusing to pay they suffered an insane DDoS attack which lasted for over 72 hours and caused a temporary shutdown of both BetAT and Slotty for days. It took them several weeks to bring their operations back to some normal standards and as far as I know that was the industry biggest ever recovery operation which took an enormous amount of time, efforts and manpower. Although both operators claimed 100% recovery after a couple of months, the 'magic' which most players at that time associated with BetAT and Slotty was already gone unfortunately...

IMHO, they are still a great company with an unblemished reputation and excellent customer service, but they lost their leading role back in 2016 and stepped down from the top for VideoSlots who gladly took their place and brought the industry standards to newer and even better heights.

Betat - Agreed. Think back to then of the market leaders and you'd the like of Betat/Guts....now....eek. The say their withdrawals are lightening fast as well - they're quick but they're not THAT fast.

 

I know there's been some rumours going round the mill as to the new owners of the company and Chinese whispers but their gradual decline (maybe not decline, more stagnation) goes back further than that.

 

Really is a shame because like you said they sat on top on the pyramid for a bit. Maybe another example of a company not kicking on. 

 

Probably still the best CS i've had to deal with though. Hope they make a come back but my general feeling is once a casino dips, they rarely make a come back 

 

Ah forgot about that DDOS - almost like once it happened they then tried to fly under the radar.

Funnily enough...got a call asking why I stopped depositing (i went from probably Xk plus a year to zero nearly).

 

As i do: i proceeded to list several areas in which they have fallen by the wayside - got a massive 5 quid bonus as a thanks

Shared almost the same experience with them last year... And took the same decision as yours eventually.  

 

Still consider them as one of the top-notched casino operators ever, however their games portfolio, speed of payments and especially bonus scheme is now not even close to what so many other great brands could offer for your loyalty. Sigh...

Somethings not been right there for a while - the old owner sold the business at the start of the year and they've literally fell off planet earth. They were going the right way - adding other providers, still had their TNT promo's etc and it all stopped. You'd log in some days, games there, two hours later, games down/not there.

 

Mental - if they're not careful they'll be the next victim of the gambling cull. Pains to say but it won't be a loss.
