ValDes
Well, after reading your first couple of posts here my initial intention was to refrain from further interaction since it's pretty obvious you're not ready for a meaningful and most important, for a discussion supported by the relevant solid proofs. But the quoted posts below caught my attention and I dare to challenge you a bit. Well Leo dubbed we let the gambling commission and Malta gaming authority do their investigation and let them decide about rigging. I doubt you have conducted a full investigation or audit of accounts.... First of all, your complaint in front of MGA will most probably be rejected due to the fact you are obviously UK player and thus, your claims against any online operator should be addressed to the UKGC. Then comes the fact that UKGC is not dealing with player disputes itself, there's a mechanism called Alternative Dispute Resolution /ADR/ put in place for the purpose. As far as I can see, the ADR entity chosen by Casumo should be eCOGRA - https://prnt.sc/jyn4sp.... In short, there will be no such thing as "investigation" as you believe since you must follow the relevant complaints procedures to ensure your case will be even accepted at a fist place, but you are free to prove me wrong any time... Look it goes deeper than you could imagine. Google casumo affiliate programme. Not only do casumo have huge marketing costs to meet by tv which cuts into their profit but they also offer commission to all their affiliates. My accusation goes deeper then fair play.NetEnt the game provider of planet of the apes have reviewed the video footage I sent them via a solicitor and their response was in the video footage in question the game has not played as it originally was designed to and they refuted any allegations that they had tampered with the software. As for this one, I dare to say your statements are not quite corresponding with the truth, simply because NetEnt legal team would never ever involve into a dispute directly nor issue any statements of the type you described and comment on the fact whether a particular game play footage shows any signs of irregularities or not. Again, feel free to prove me wrong...

A legal case is fought in the courtroom not on a forum. Yes me - what's your point? That they gave you 5 free spins to cover up Watergate? Are you a Trust Pilot shill? Again, what rating did the casino you trust get in TP? Can you not answer that because it doesn't suit your agenda? Yep - you've been asked 3/4 times and can't answer. You're taking no one to court, stop kidding yourself: this isn't a dramatic TV show where David squares up to Goliath. You don't have evidence: you have recording of you not winning. Big deal. Is that as good as you've got? God help you then. Tbh i don;t know if you honestly believe this or if you've made things up in your head. Quite frankly between Chinese hackers to the Martians targeting your IP address, i suggest you go for a walk or something. Your mistake is thinking players will always be on the side of players - we aren't, we can smell BS when it's present from casino/player. And yes, legal cases are fought in the courtroom but yours wouldn't even get there if this is the best you can offer. Valdes put some points to you and again...not anything. Is my last post on this because quite frankly I've entertained this sheer drivel too much as it is.

Quikgold
I completely agree with unfair or at least abnormal, and sub par feature opportunity. A great example is "rise of Olympus" the initial god is almost always poisiden and other casino is predominantly haties, or Zeus. Infact I don't believe I've ever started with poisiden on any other site. And also the worst luck I have ever had bar none is casumo. Not to mention the slowest withdrawals I have ever experienced, always something with verification issues as well the final straw for casumo with me was them continuously rejected my much better verification because they would only accept one image not multiples, with the subjects they wanted, phone number, email, and showing the deposit to casumo. After I complied 3 days later they rejected it, and requested bank statement showing the deposit from my bank account to much better. I would never ever recommend casumo to anyone nor would I even accept free spins from them !!
Gambleaddict
I think Casumo is definitely 1 of the better casinos. They have a great app, always quests and extra games running whole day long. I don't ever play with bonuses. 100% deposit and just play. Some days you win and some days you lose. Yesterday I dropped 400 euro on casumo and started to play jamming jars. I played a 0.40 stake and within 10 euro played I hit a bonus game which payed well over 680 euro on a 0.40 stake!!! Then I went to book of dead and instantly (first spin) I get a bonus game good for 200 euro followed by rise of Olympus that paid me 268 euro on a 0.60 stake. Within 1 hour I had a balance of 1500 euro. I use a withdraw on netteler and today it's in my account. So who said the withdrawls take days or weeks??? Ofcourse the I.D. and verification part takes some time like on all casinos. After that is real fast. So I don't think a casino can ***** around with slots that are hosted by the creators. The only thing a casino can request is the "win limit " and bet size. Nothing more. Simply good and bad days... this was a good day, on a bad day I can lose 4-5k... on my best winning streak I won 9k euro in less then 5 hours All casinos are the same. Your - lucky - days -are not! That's called gambling sir. ValDes
bainman
I have to agree with casinoreviewer11 about Casumo. I've noticed the same thing on specific games like Bonanza and Who wants to be a millionaire. It's obviously subjective as it's one individual's experience, but there is a noticeable difference in feature frequency. On other sites I'm almost certain to get multiple feature plays, whereas in Casumo I'm unlikely to get 1. That's how drastic the comparison is. You can get a sense when playing a game that you're likely to get opportunities. Casumo feels impossible every time I play those particular games. It's almost as if the bonus features are disabled (if that were possible). It sounds ridiculous, but that's my playing experience there. Thumbs down from me for Casumo Fiekie247

catapultaudio
The long and short of the huge block of text in the first post is basically, slots that seem to pay well on most sites pay badly on Casumo; OP believes reason for this is that Casumo spends too much on marketing so therefore has to steal the money back from players with poorly paying games. I don't wish to be disrespectful but most of us here at AskGamblers know that the casinos have very little control over the slots themselves, they just license the right to offer them on their site ... the games almost never run on the casinos own servers, instead just being invoked remotely from the providers machines instead. I understand there are some providers (including PlayNGo and Real Time gaming) who offer multiple RTP options for their games, but that I believe is the limit of control a casino can have. Now I don't doubt there are some unscrupulous operators around, many of whom would love to pull a scam like this... hence the reason game providers don't allow them the possibility to do so - it would reflect badly on them and their games. I believe Casumo publish the RTP figures for their slots don't they? Simply comparing them to other large casinos will quickly show there is nothing amiss. SOW seems to piss alot of punters off - I remember that other guy hitting 13 000 quid on 2 quid bet on Danger high voltage and suddenly after that SOW. Can be frustrating waiting for days to get your money. I believe they should implement the deposit block feature during SOW, because they take more of you money during the process but dont allow for you to take it back.... BS Need to check the UKGC regulations but i'm sure it's against them to do this - so, before i deposit 10 quid and win 13k, there was no need for SOW. Cool. I happen to hit 13k and now there is? That's nonsense, considering SOW has no monetary values even prescribed to it. If they want it after that then pay the guy and block the account - Casumo are so stupid they tell you that you can continue to deposit! I don't have a high degree of faith for casinos to even answer my question of 'where are my 10 FS in Starburst', never mind look at sensitive data like the above. Casumo-Support
I'm very sorry to see you are disappointed with your experience at Casumo. I understand perfectly well that losing is never fun and especially not if it the decent winnings haven't appeared in a long time. I assure you though that as a site we treat you as any other player, but what we can't have an affect on, is whether you will win or not. In the casino industry the winnings are never guaranteed so unfortunately the streak you are having is very much possible. We also can't affect the winning chances from our end as we rent the games that's on our site from game providers. The way it works is that our site mirrors the games played on our site and the rest is done on the game providers end. Gambling is a heavily regulated industry and there are laws to protect the fairness of playing in an online casino. The way this is done is that the game providers use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that every round goes through. Every game provider is obliged to use this to keep the results random. This is also regularly inspected by gambling authorities to ensure that every game 'spits' out winnings randomly. If these checks failed they would lose their license and wouldn't be able to operate any longer. I'd also like to add to the statement that you've tried playing same game on different sites and it pays different. As it doesn't pay the same, you come to the conclusion that we have rigged games and I would like to add an example. Let say you would flip a coin on a Monday and a Tuesday (heads or tails), on the Monday you somehow manage to do 100 wrong guesses and on the Tuesday you managed to get 100 right guesses. Would that then mean that the Monday affect the outcome and you don't to coin flips on Mondays? When you play a slot game, every spin has more than thousands of different outcomes. Meaning that just because you've played 10.000 spins and didn't win a single one, you're not more likely to win on your next round. The chance of winning will be the same on all rolls and the RTP (return to player) is only based on the total gives and takes of one game. The same way of flipping the coin, you have 50/50 chance of getting right, and it doesn't matter how many right or wrongs you've had before or if you've done better on Mondays or Tuesdays, the next flip will still have a 50/50 chance. Another example would be that lets say you would have a 10% chance of winning on a spin. Most would think that spinning the spin 10 times would at least give you 1 win, but that is incorrect. Because it's not measured in that way, every single spin has a 10% chance, it's not that 10% of all your spins will be a win. I understand your view if the luck haven't been there for you. I really hope it will be better, so that you could enjoy some winning times as well. And if my explanation isn't clear, please tell me so and I'll try to explain it more in detail. When reading through the thread I'd also like to point out some smaller details. When it comes to Trust pilot, I would agree with @pinnit2015 and you cannot really trust most of the reviews. Trust pilot even allows companies to pay them a monthly fee, and in that way you can remove/hide bad reviews. I think one need to go through multiple review sites to find a more broader view. When it comes to Gambling authorities should have more pressure on the Casinos, I'd say that they have quite a push and pull. We have a lot of people complaining about the amount of push they have on Casinos. Take the KYC (know your customer) point of view, where documentation comes in play, such as ID, proof of address and source of wealth etc. This is a sector where a lot of players complain about the intensive research we have to do. Which is understandable in a lot of cases, but it's necessary for the industry to stay safe, both for players and casinos. But mainly it's put in place by regulators, and they keep a tight leash. All in all, the regulators are doing their work of keeping the casino market safe and secure for all parties involved. Lastly I'd like to mention the comment you made @casinoreviewer11 "If you were on a jury would you find a person not guilty before the trial began?". This is exactly what you've done with your original post, you've discredited us (Casumo) before finishing a complaint to the correct authorities to find out the truth. We will of course abide with anything needed for said investigation, if such investigation would take place, and we're looking forward to any updates. Kind regards, Casumo Louis ValDes and cocopop3011
