10 Bet on Friday gave £50 loyalty bonus.. I won over the weekend 4000.. on live chat yesterday they said only paying 250 as per rule 7 t an c . Which states loyalty bonus to be withdrawn is 5 times that given maximum. After hour of back and forth they upped it to 500 I said no .. and this is where we are at the min. They continually stubborn quoting rule 7 .. the balance is 4000 still in my sportsbook balance .. what do I do ... complain to them .. negotiate then adr then small claims court do I have a case???????????

You accept the 500 they upped it to and thank your lucky stars they did that! If their terms state max withdrawal is 5x a loyalty bonus then you should only be withdrawing £250 whether you win 4000 or 40,000.

You won't stand a chance in a small claims court if their terms and conditions state what the max withdrawal is.

Nay chance.

Thems their terms. An ADR would take all of two seconds to decide it.

Does sting a bit but it was a freebie and despite 10bet not being a great casino they did double it, so take the free cash and be grateful you're not 500 down :-)

You are lucky is you ask me, no other casino would do the same as they did doubled the max cashout. Most casinos have smaller amount of max cashout from freebie, mostly 100 and some even lower. My advise to you is to take their offer, be happy, don't be greedy.

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you could do in this particular situation but to use the unpleasant occasion, learn your lesson and start reading very carefully ALL the relevant terms and conditions. Once the operator declared max win from a sports no-deposit bonus is capped at 5x and they obviously consider their loyalty bonuses as a no-deposit ones, you'd better take the operator's 500 offer, because it's truly a generous one considering the circumstances.

Good luck! :good:
