I have really come to the conclusion that askgamblers is not as impartial as it claims to be suppose in the same way all the charity debt companies in the UK survive on donations from various leading credit companies!

 

In the last 3 weeks I have tried to post a negative review for a leading uk brand who also have a casino (think madonna) 5 times this review has been pulled .

 

Changing and re wording every time yesterday I give them a good score in the hope ( the stazi) sorry Mods wouldn't pull it.honest review on how my time playing here had worked out

 

Surely if AG is the place for people to come and pick a casino to play in they deserve the truth?this casino has 4 reviews on AG all good yet on all other platforms they are listed as poor mainly due to not responding to complaints and poor RTP they also don't respond on here.

 

The best thing about this is I have a complete history of my transactions stating everything I was stating in the review.

 

This is in now way sour grapes

If we we weren't impartial you'd see hardly any or no bad reviews. Now I don't deal with reviews but Valdes only wrote not that long ago that in fact the percentage of bad reviews is bigger than the percentage of positive ones (if my memory serves me)

 

There'll be a reason why your review has been rejected and it'll be because of our review guidelines so if you can hang on in there until Valdes sees this he'll reply with better info than I can.

Hi Pinnit

I get it mate the place I'm talking about has some serious issues going on im old and wise enough to know the edge will always be on the house but it's impossible to get any sort on win on any game

 

I play the same games on one of their sister sites and the difference in the game play is like chalk and cheese win some loose some how it should be but playing thru the guts of 5 k in 7 months on low bets with zero withdrawals and never getting above original stake something thing is seriously amiss.

I must admit I have been known to have certain feelings about sites. For me it was MT Securesites. For love nor money I could never get above a starting balance. Then it got double wild lines on one in space of two weeks and go from 4K down to 2k up. It’s like a self fulfilling prophecy - u start going into a site with the mental mindset of you’re losing.

 

Guts casino was my hoodoo. I must admit to emailing them a few times and asking what server their version of Immortal Romance was plugged into ;-)

 

Not saying casinos can’t do anything amiss but they are only the dodgy ones who for example are running pirated software for example. Decent ones, like Trada, will also have their yearly audits done.

Unlike you, I will try to refrain from throwing completely unjustified and unfair accusations and focus on the facts. And the facts are as follows:

I started of great on this casino won some lost some then after 3 months I found it impossible to get above intial despoit amounts this went on for 4 weeks  played thru £600 of my own money with nil returns .
I had a couple of friends who were going thru the same one morning I received an email stating they had ceased despoit and withdrawal charges  in my mind this has effected the pay outs 
I have self exculed for 4 weeks if things seemed to have improved I will update accordingly

 

 

Positive Comment: 

 

Good app
Great selection of games 
Easy gambling controls
Fast and friendly customer service 
Some good customer rewards like the daily free game but bear in mind it has the previous week of a £2 wagering requirement and since u can only despoit min £10 it's not really free nor £2 unless your lucky to get a bonanza box and wagering thru 2
Fast payouts

 

Negative Comment: 

 

Me personally have had no luck at this casino in the 7 months I have played I still haven't managed a cash out playing thru £4xk at 20 and 40 p spins playing 2x times a week
 
Me personally have not had any rewards from this casino free spins nor bonanza boxes
No point asking for bonuses on live chat as these are reviewed and issued according by the rewards team this can be confirmed by asking customer services 
 
To sum up great looking casino everything works well

Despoit after despoit playing twice weekly on small bets 20/40Ps playing thru £30 in minutes 
cant comment on payout times as I haven't managed a pay out and that's after playing thru £4670 since opening account 
Unfortunately I play and do ok on one of thier sister sites so I can't  self excluded 
The 3 prize boxes I've received contained £1.50/30p/0p
Customer services won't discuss bonuses for accounts.

We would like to remind the player that sharing your negative experience with a casino or particular casino service is totally okay as long as you are doing it with enough arguments and justification.
 
Please keep in mind that leaving a negative feedback based on the fact that you didn't win as per your own expectations is unfair to both the affected casino brand and players reading such comment.
 
We would like to remind the player that casino has zero influence over the outcome of any bet placed as this is controlled by the gaming provider itself.

 

So much with your objectivity I guess... Learn to live with your losses, cause gambling ain't fun all the time, that's for sure... 

 

You see, we have certain rules and guidelines set in place for situations like this one and you would either learn to comply with these or simply refrain from using that feature. It's that simple actually.
