Dream Vegas Casino - Question for anyone in the know!

Recommended Posts

Hi, this is my first post, although I have been lurking the forums here for some time.

The other day I registered an account with dream Vegas casino, part of the cadell LTD group (Ive read some bad stuff about them). I took advantage of the 200% bonus and 40 free spins. I played through all and wagered the bonus and ended up with £2090 in my cash balance. I withdrew £1800 and played with the remainding £190 and ended up losing back down to £50.

The following morning I got an email saying I had been banned for promotion abuse and cash balance funds of £50 will be returned to me once I've verified my documents. Reading in several groups I have seen alot of people get banned for the same reason and like me they had done nothing that goes against the terms and conditions. I made sure I knew the terms and played through my wagering without breaking any rules and like many still have been banned.

My question is, although they are returning the cash balance of £50 what will happen to the £1800 that is pending withdrawal! I see loads of others who also got banned got their full money back and account closed! So how do I get the £1800 when they think my cash balance is £50? Will they pay it out?

Thanks in advance if anyone knows how this works! I don't want to make a complaint until I know if they are going to pay or not!

Thanks again

Hi there Dgarrish and welcome to Askgamblers forum.  :hi:

Honestly speaking, Caddell group of casinos are not that popular with many players, including myself, and players always seem to get stuck with some kind of problems or issues at one of these White Hat Gaming casinos! Yeah, I had my share of it too, but that was about 2 years ago. Recently, I got into some tech issues with a few of their casinos, but have now been resolved.

Your situation can be tricky to answer, especially without knowing more background info.

Is this your first Caddell casino you played at, or there are others?

Have you self-excluded yourself at any one of their other sister casinos?

Have you been taking all of their free promotions without making any deposits at any of their casinos...

which would definitely cause this bonus abuse situation?

And not only that...you may find yourself waiting for several days just to get your documents verified...if not rejected!  :p

If they’re just banning you for ‘bonus abuse’ then they’ll pay you the 1800. If it’s a breach of some term then probably not. Lodge a complaint if it’s just being banned for taking too many bonus’s.

It’s pending now but they should process the full 1800.

Strange group.

Confirmed tIf it’s just for taking too many offers you’ll get the full payment. Their emails are poorly worded though and I’d to email 4 times asking if my pending withdrawal was being paid.

It was.

This bonus thing is really a pain in the butt,,, I am finding the higher the bonus and the more frequent emails you get from a casino it is telling you something about the casino,,,they entice you to get your money,, and they have an out if you win,,, its always a win win for them,,, if I have not earned a bonus,, dont offer them to me,, there must be a way for the computers to figure  this out,, offer bonuses only in your account and not just general emails. As this onling casino become more mainstream, I am hoping there will be more regulations and more protection for the consumer,, it should no different than advertised sales at a retail store,,, no switch and bait sales tactics, terms should be upfront and easy to understand,,, right now it is like the wild west out there.. Almost every bonus that I was offered thru an email never came thru, and I had to contact chat just to get them,, and a lot of times they just say sorry not valid in your country.

Also it should be upfront who you are dealing with,,, have the casino name but also the company behind the casino posted..

As far as bonus with a deposit ,,,I have learned to never deposit until I confirm with chat if what I am doing or expecting will happen ,, then I do print screen for these conversations.. learned that the hard way.

The caddell/WHT group have the potential to be a very good casino for low rollers. Frequent 200 per cent offers etc. But, correct, they penalise you for taking advantage of the offers sent.

They started with full on bans from the group. It’s now changed a bit so that you can play but simply ban you from bonus’s. But take away their offers and you’re left with an average casino.

I’m sure they have software for working out deposit without v deposit with bonus and could tailor their marketing with that. It’s weird because they are a trustworthy casino in the sense they don’t attempt to ***** you regarding payments so I really can’t work out their marketing/business model.
