Self exclusion sister site

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I tried to log onto my Royal Panda account today but it said my account was locked and I was to contact customer services, after contacting customer services an agent said my account was locked because I self excluded from a sister site to royal panda, the site I excluded from I did in late 2016 or early 2017 when I asked why it had taken so long for them to link the account the agent said it was due to their systems only being updated today, my reply was surely for their mistake and negalgence I should be refunded everything I have gambled with them from when I self excluded from their sister site, is this me being over the top or am I correct in what I’m saying, when I asked this I was told my account has been passed onto customer services and I shall be contacted in 1-3 working days but I believe I won’t hear anything. What can I do????

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers.

As far as I can see you have already submitted a case against Royal Panda via AGCCS, the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service. Unfortunately, your complaint has been rejected due to the lack of self exclusion details and proofs. Please make sure to follow strictly the guidelines within the complaints rejection email before submitting a new one.

Let us know in case you need further assistance.

Argh! Same here.... getting the message and waiting to here back from from customer services. I’d a major problem with Leo Vegas (won’t go into details again as banging head against wall) and it looks like maybe, even though different licences, they’re applying the SE to RP?

To be honest after my failed attempts to get LV to fix my incorrect SE I kinda knew this was on the cards so I stopped playing there.

On that note, if it is the SE, Royal Panda has to be one of the best sites i have had the pleasure of playing with. So there’s no complaint with them if so, my only gripe is with those who now own them :-)

Farewell Panda and maybe see you in 2023 for the release of Bonanza 4

That’s if anyone’s left playing online after we’ve all been convicted of money laundering. Or something.

In relation to the OP-I’m not sure you’d have a case for refunds anyway. SE is across the licence and as far as I know RP are still basically a separate company with their own licence anyway (which surprises me as to why they’re doung this now)

If it was the case I’d probably be due 3k ;-)

But it’s fine, they can keep it - I believe the gambling’s gods will find a way of giving me it :-p
