bigcat2018
Hi all! I made a deposit using my house of Fraser master card on a slot site, (main reason being I wanted the points to get my voucher) lol and I won some money, after depositing £35 i won £1000 I went to withdraw and was told I had to use the card I’d deposited on which was my MasterCard. Basically can I withdraw using a MasterCard I contacted the site and they said it’s fine, but I don’t get how that would work (I don’t have any money pending on my credit card, my balance is at £0 as I don’t owe anything) Could someone tell me how this would work? ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Yes, it is actually possible to receive payment from an online operator back to your MasterCard. The option however is only available for a limited number of countries. I believe you could easily find more info on the matter by browsing the casino website and looking for 'Payment' section ir by contacting their support team. Let us know in case you need further assistance.
bigcat2018
Hello! Thank you for your fast response! Good to know it’s possible, I just don’t understand how I will get it from my credit card, I read somewhere that I will have to request a refund? I was just unsure of how to do this, and was just looking to see if anyone has done this before? Once again thanks for the fast reply! ValDes
Once you have requested your withdrawal, it will be reviewed from the relevant casino team and supposedly processed afterwards. When processed it is expected to hit your bank account associated with the MasterCard used to deposit in a few days, usually up to 3 business days. Hope that helps. pinnit2015
I had a casino that sent a payment back to my MasterCard. Like you, as zero balance or near enough, it put my CC in credit. Was no big deal tho - I asked capital one to simply faster payment the amount in credit to my bank account. Some card company’s will suspend your card if you go into credit so it’s not like you can simply spend the credit that’s on the card. I noted last time that my credit card was credited in minutes after being processed. Some don’t let you withdraw to CC and u need to request bank transfer. Can’t remember the rationale why but I can’t withdraw to some and some I can. Think it’s something to do when it was issued or that 3D security. Who knows :-)

bigcat2018
Oh right! Well I did say to them I don’t believe that house of Fraser would accept it, but they insisted that they would! I received an email today from the casino saying that it wouldn’t be possible and they will now send it to my bank account directly so I won’t have to request from my CC account now! Which makes my life a little easier! Thank you for the info though! Very helpful!

pinnit2015
Found this on Sky Bet: You may be unable to withdraw to a Tesco or a Metro Bank Mastercard as some card issuers prevent us paying out funds to their cards if the 3DSecure scheme wasn’t used when originally depositing. Due to issues with presenting 3DSecure on a mobile device, if you deposited funds from your mobile you may not be able to withdraw. This is in addition to cards being issued in restricted countries etc cocopop3011
cocopop3011
I guess you've already had your answer to this but I would have jumped in and said I don't think you will be able to have the money go back to your MasterCard. There are a lot of MC's in the UK that don't allow these payments back to them so it doesn't surprise me that the House of Fraser card doesn't allow it! To be honest in this particular situation a bank transfer is easier anyway especially if you've already cleared your balance and got your vouchers. I love receiving my reward vouchers on my Debenhams card, I wish they wouldn't tempt me with triple points offers now and again though!!
