Luukvl Posted April 20, 2018 Share Posted April 20, 2018 (edited) I won 2800 but royal ace casino doesnt pay out my withdrawel.They keep saying i need to send my documents.I did it 5 times already and everytime i do it and then i get a mail that it wil take up to 5 days to verify and a case nr. After that nothing happens. when i call i hear only music. When i mail them i hear nothing. And if i go to the chat they tell me after waiting very long that i need to send the documents again. You are free to submit a complaint here at AskGamblers if you feel the casino are not responsding. ....And I've actually just realised you've said nothing after 1 year?
