Hi, I have a query about gameplay and reading through the forum this seems to be a pretty good place to ask.

I was playing a game called Dancing Drums at Spinstation. It is a Williams game. If any wilds land on the reels they turn to coins which in turn fill a bowl at the top of the screen, when's he bowl is full the jackpot game is launched.

I played the game staking about £150 in total and the bowl was reaching a high level,I was out and about and my phone died, when I relaunched the game at home the pot had returned to the lowest original level of coins. This was obviously annoying as I thought on these accumulative games that progress was saved? I know it is on Microgaming titles. Does anybody have any idea if this should have happened? I've contacted customer support but 5 days on I'm no nearer an answer. My thought was that as I was playing with bonus funds they reset the coins to avoid people abusing the bonus system, I've heard of people closing games when entering bonus rounds and reopening them using real money, just to be clear I was still spending bonus money when I reopened the game.

Any advice would be very welcome

Most will - eg cool buck on MG as you've said. Not sure about Williams but why not ask the casino, if not already, to contact the software provider?

 

Other than that - check the help file on the game and see what it says?

 

I'd imagine that it should - after all, everyone has a dip in wifi connection etc

Thanks pinnit. I have contacted the casino but no answer yet. I took your advice and read the game help section, it seems the coin accumulation doesn't trigger the jackpot game. Each game is independent and the jackpot game can be launched anytime. Hey ho. Thanks again for the advice

I said wtf!!!!
