Self Excluded - No I'm not

Recommended Posts

Oh Lord....not your typical SE issue.

Was playing at Leo Vegas last night - Bonanza 2 (news fash, it's not very good)

Went to login today only to be met with 'You're SE with a casino in the Group'

Firstly I'm not. I did close my account with BingoGodz (not SE) 2 years and the reopened a year ago or so. So, i thought maybe it's them - somethings went wrong when LV took the detail over.

But by Lord....what terrible chat support. Told me i SE at 8.57pm. Now, why that's strange is that i hadn't even logged in there for months. Secondly, I was playing DOA at Royal Panda waiting Bonanza 2. Then they said, when i requested the details of this apparent SE and my site login times, nothing - no reply. Only to then quote the companies under LV. So i said 'so it isn't you'. It was so painful.

Currently chasing it up with LV as to get the alleged casino and sort out. What concerns me more is the possible issues with my No1 deposit site - Royal Panda. No deposits until this is sorted

You know, I've closed my Casumo account via live chat about a month ago and a few days later I went to check it if my account really closed, to my surprised when I tried to login I got a message saying that I was SE, this is not what I asked for but there it was. I do not know why they did this but from now on you have to be careful where you play in order to prevent withdrawal issue.

I just keep my accounts open for all eternity...

I certainly don't - I just closed about 10 casino accounts 2 days back!  :p

LV just got back - apparently it was with 21 co.uk and done last week.

I have now went to 21 and asked what information they have on this. I haven’t even logged into that site in months so iv asked them for my last logins, how it was apparently done

This isn’t a case of closing accounts as I have not done even that.

There’s no money involved here (thankfully)

Seeing what they come back with - this has infuriated me.

Well...

Despite asking for details such as when the request was made, how was it made and even asking for details of my logins, asking them to check with their IT department etc they came back...in 12 minutes with a ‘you requested it’ response. Quite a thorough look then.

One of the guys at LV is looking into this now. But....

When was my last login to the site - 24th March 2018 (I thought it was longer but hi hum)

When is the SE done? They’re saying 4th April 2018

So, how did I do it on the 4th when my last login was 24th March.

Still waiting on that being answered.

Like some magical elf is after me.

If I’m robbed on my beloved Royal Panda over this c@@@ I’m giving up the slotting :-p

And the tail twists. This is getting ridiculous now:

Leo Vegas:

Hi XXX,

I hope this email finds you well.

The relevant department have looked into the self exclusion for you and have confirmed that this is with http://21.co.uk/, you will need to contact their support department on the following email [email protected]

They will be able to confirm how long you have closed the account with them and if this can be lifted you will then be able to continue playing on our site.

And after a long email exchange with 21.co.uk...

Hello XXXX,
Thank you for your reply.
I can confirm that you last accessed the account on 21.co.uk on the 24th March 2017 at 16:50:56.
I can see that a self exclusion has been applied across the network for 5 years and this was requested on the 4th April 2018 at 20:57:13.
As you have not logged into the site since 2017 you have not requested the self exclusion from the 21.co.uk account

Happened with me with that other  site i closed in 2016- checked my email and i specifically said i was closing it to 1. Lack of quick spin being enabled and 2. Laggy site.

They deemed that to be a SE and after i challenged i was told 'we don't do account closures, only SE'

Absolute nonsense.

Hmm, maybe it's just AGCCS time... :(

Anno...i’ll give them a chance to ‘pick’ another site that it was and see what comes back. If my accounts not been reinstated by Tuesday I’ll submit a complaint.

My guess is that there was an information migration that has went wrong. And the fact that LV can’t even get the casino right is a cause for concern. Never thought I’d get caught up in SE! ;-)

  • 4 weeks later...

Well, after going though a process LV stated that after speaking with their various other group companies my account will remain closed for 5 years. They have said it’s Pink Casino ‘as far as they can tell’. This is despite Pink saying it wasn’t them.

The tone of the response, as vague as it is, is that it perhaps isn’t SE by Pink but that they closed on the grounds on RG.

Now let me put in context:

LV deposits 12k in a two years

Pink no more than 100 quid

So, if closed on RG grounds, which one do you think it would be?

Exactly.

Oh and another thing Pink never did a SOW request (for the above reasons)

Whilst I appreciate casinos can close accounts at their discretion, this is all absolute BS cumulinating in a response that has ‘as best we can tell’.

Just my two pence.
