Hey first post here and not sure if right place to post but here goes...

 

I seen on the main page that RQC has been certified and one of the criteria being "80% of complaints resolved". Currently there are two complaints (one resolved, the other mine being currently unresolved). Could just be me but that makes 50%.

 

So just figured I'd point it out in case there was a mistake.

Nope it wasn't a mistake I actually wrote the story you're referring too :p  It's based on the number of complaints that are closed - either resolved or unresolved.

 

You're complaint is currently pending and the casino still has 44 hours to respond...I'm confident they will.

 

Of course if they don't respond within the timeframe then the percentage would then be reduced to 50% and our team would have to re-look at the certification. I hope that clears matters for you.

Never got a chance to use this lot a while back - couldn't deposit as it came back saying my card/e wallet never passed the fraud checks? Huh? Funny that - however that never stopped the money leaving my account and having to wait until it got re-credited. Tad odd  :huh:

Ah awesome good to know! Thanks for the reply. Been waiting approx 5-6 weeks so naturally I'm in panic mode. Hope it all gets sorted.

 

Well I sincerely hope now they're certfied they'll be eager to resolve the issue for you. But please do keep us updated won't you.

I recently received from them word that payment had been processed with payment number etc. But for some reason bank hasn't received it. Sent the info to my bank who are looking into it. Hopefully will have a response in 1-2 days.

UPDATE: Well after a weeks back and forward with my bank getting my query to the right department they said that it is impossible to receive payments on debit mastercard. So ball is back in RQC's court.  :(  :(  :( Hope this is settled soon as it is certainly an unusual case!

No I am not. I am from New Zealand.

 

Oh I see. I'm not sure of the protocols there for MasterCards but I'm sure RQC will fix the withdrawal issue for you soon! Keep us posted.

UPDATE: It seems I'm back to square one again. Even after my bank sent a letter stating that receiving funds on my card is impossible. I've requested them to ask their merchant service to conduct a full investigation as to where this money has supposedly gone. Let's hope eh?

I have to be honest I'm a little confused as to what is going on ... so the funds have not turned up back in your account? Is that right?

Another week passed and no word since providing proof i can't accept payment on card. Almost feels like im not getting my money at this point. If they just decide to ignore my complaint what's the next step?

Hi, 

 

Well, despite how complicated your payment issue might look considering all the information we got so far, I still believe Red Queen Casino could have acted a bit more proactive and found a way to solve it by now. They still have a few hours to jump in and reply to their complaint, so let's hope the resolution is near. 

 

If they fail to update on a timely manner, the case will be closed as Unresolved, but you still have the option to forward the issue in front of the relevant regulatory body and make your complaint official. 

 

Let us know in case you need further assistance.

UPDATE: They have gotten in contact with me and have arranged a bank transfer of the funds ASAP. I am very happy, and am now waiting for funds to clear. Once they do I will leave a final update confirming this issue has been solved.

FINAL UPDATE: Received the money today! :) Huge thanks to the Askgamblers complaints team and Red Queen Casino for getting this sorted. Came at a good time too just in time for my birthday.
