Since i received  email from Thrills Casino which they taken  decision to stop offering payment services for Neteller or Skrill and this paying methods will be discontinued from tomorrow 12.02.2018

Received emails from Guts,Rizk,Mobil600 etc and i guess this is the first step till they stop accepting Skrill and Neteller as well, that claiming a bonus via this paying method is no longer available.I know that several casinos didn't give bonus with e-wallets but this days i guess many casinos follow them.

So my question is whats going on with Neteller or Skrill there must be something we dont know or i dont know??Anyone???

Probably something to do with the fees and the fact that the bulk of frauds seemingly use these methods. Know hats why Trada said they were curtailing their use a while ago.

Obviously something in the bankground for most casinos to be adopting this.

No loss here as I won’t pay their ridiculous fees they charge these days.

Maybe a rep can jump in and say why but their lips have been pursed so who knows...

I read a while ago about bonus abuse, Skrill or Neteller were the deposit methodes used to abuse bonuses. Probably this might the reason why they removed Skrill or Neteller from their banking page. This might also the reason why many casinos excluded them from their bonuses. Skrill and Neteller are the only banking methodes that can be used for lightning fast withdrawals and casinos who do not support these methodes are just not interesting anymore but that's my opinion. Or maybe it's the regulations, maybe the government just want to tax all your money incomes, the only way to do so is via bank etc because they cannot do that with Skrill or Neteller. But that's just my speculation.

I believe the new trend of not accepting e-wallets as a valid payment method refers to UKGC licensed operators mainly. The reasons are duly explained in the Commission's official announcement and within the letter they sent to their licensees. More info below.

It’s like giving casinos another few weapons in their armoury to delay payments :-p

There’s been some questionable interpretation of the 4th Directive. Interesting to see how it pans out. And how it sits alongside GDPR.

How I’ll miss that exemplary customer service of Skrill. I’m still waiting on a reply from 2014.

I don't believe it!   Definitely a one off so I wouldn't get used to it!

And I expect after things have 'cooled' down, the Skrill support team would be back to their usual sloooow stuff! Hahaha.  :p

Once you achieve a vip level there things should go way better, including support... At least that's my personal experience with them so far.

The funny thing though is that their support headquarter is located in my country, in Sofia to be more precise, they had some really strict and uncompromising requirements when hiring the staff a few years ago, the working conditions and salaries are pretty good, but still the overall quality of service is on a ridiculous level, especially for non-vip customers where you could easily way few to several days for a response. :(
