I'll put this question to you, as Atlantic Spins and the provider of the game in question, both agree there's no problem with what my mobile phone recorded during a bonus round on Wish Upon A Jackpot.  I strongly disagree with them and will get the Gambling Commission involved.

 

I hit the Fairy Godmother bonus, selected the middle Orb which revealed the main Jack in The Beanstalk bonus round.  The reels re-spun, with the bonus books automatically dropping in on reels one, three and five.  At the point the final book dropped in, a win of £1260 appeared in my win box.  My account then increased by £10 (that spin also generated 3 jacks for the tenner win) - leaving a mystery £1250, more of which below.

 

I didn't even notice this at the time, as I was leaning over to put my ciggie out lol

 

The bonus opened up then for me to start the Jack & The Beanstalk bonus.  During this round, which is in two parts, the player has choices to make, by selecting a magic bean, from the five displayed.  I made six picks, advancing up the ladder, agonizing over my 7th pick as all I needed was a two or higher to progress to the Golden Egg feature, where your original stake is multiplied by whatever figure you select, up to a maximum of x1000.  (My last go in this round was at £20 per spin and the egg I picked was x100, so ended up £2000).

 

However in this particular game, my 7th magic bean selection revealed the "collect" which meant the bonus round was over and I was credited with £1250.

 

So.............how did the computer/game/system anticipate which five beans I would select over five goes, accruing £1250, the same amount which showed in my win box, BEFORE I'd even started the bonus round (not including the £10 already credited for the 3 Jacks).

 

It's obvious to me, that no matter which beans I'd have picked, the result would have been the same, according to the "early win" mistake being posted in my win box, which means it's predetermined or "rigged" for lack of a better term.  

 

Atlantic Spins assure me this is normal and how the game should play, although admitted the win shouldn't have been displayed prior to the round taking place.

 

But....................they don't get that it's not just a free reel spin bonus round, which could be pre-programmed, I, as a player had an influence in what happened, by making decisions on my next move.   It indicates to me, that there was NO chance of reaching the next level, as it was fixed so I couldn't.

Please tell me I'm not going mad and my reasoning is right and theirs is wrong, as at £50 per spin, the least I could have won if given a legitimate chance to progress to the Golden Egg round was £5000.

The outcome of every spin is already pre-detemined, regardless your choices during the bonus round. Games are there for entertainment only. Not many people know this but all pro gamblers do. It does take away the fun indeed but that's how things work. Some casinos do show the outcome of the bonus before it ends. So, there's no cheating here, simply a glitch but it is harmless.

This isn't anything unusal. For example, in Immortal Romance on some sites the balance goes up on the Wild Desire Feature meaning that when it spun i knew i was getting the four reels.

 

More rubbish programming than being rigged.

 

Some free spins rounds are pre-determined, some not for example. Take Bonanza - when you have the 12 free spins the amount of the full 12 isn't predetermined. Each spins sends out for another RNG. However, for some the 12 IS. Depends on the software.

 

Same for pick features - people will say 'oh wish i'd gone the middle one'. In most cases, like yours, it's pre set what you've won so picking different ones doesn't matter. There are a few, but they are limited, that don't work this way however.

Rigged. fixed, pre-determined, call it what you want but I can assure you that there's no cheating involved here. No software is perfect. I also can assure you that the gambling commission will tell you the same. Many players tried to 'expose' rigged games etc via screenshots or videos but with no luck, some of them even speculated 'conspiracy' which is ridiculous. If you don't happy with certain games or casinos, I'd advise you to play somewhere else, it is easier to search somewhere else instead of trying to proof of 'unfair gaming'.

You do not have a case here.

 

you won when triggering the bonus round 10 euros/punds/USD.

 

Which means it showed $1260 before the bonus round started.

 

You won 1250 USD/Euro/GBP according to the video and + 10 when triggering = 1260 USD/Euro/GBP

 

Everything seems fine and correct, nothing was unethical in anyway.

 

Just let it go and accept that what you won.

No point sending it to the UKGC in the first instance as they’ll tell to to take it through the ADR of the casino.

 

Bottom pound on it not found to be rigged ( which is a term people increasingly band about when they don’t like the outcome) but your choice whether to waste time and effort on it.
