Below is my haunting correspondence with a casino VIP manager and I would like to ask you guys if I am wrong here and if this is fair? Its self explanatory, Please read and comment.

I do not understand how you do not value a customer who is worth 4K Eur in 2 weeks to you. Not even 10 spins which will cost you 2euro and 95% chance i wont even win anything.

Kindly explain what the problem is and how we need to improve our relationship and or whether I am still welcome here at the casino. If you feel i should rather find another casino then it will ve sad but i will go with no contest.

Its just that I am used to getting my wednesday spins in addition to the odd spins here and there. My deposits and amounts should be kept in consideration and cannot simply name all the times i have received a bit of spins without mentioning my part (8 deposits every day average)

Hello there Kaptein and welcome to Askgamblers forum.  :hi:

 

Where bonuses and free spins are concerned, let me share my past experience with you. I have been playing at Omni Casino (Playtech) since 2001, and had attained a Platinum VIP level back in 2014. My total deposits at the casino run in 6 digits, but so are my withdrawals, hehehe. There reached a point when I was winning too much and too regularly with the casino's regular bonuses, so they then blocked off all bonuses from me, for several months at a time. The fourth blockage was the final one, and I was finally banned from taking anymore bonuses, free spins, and whatever else, including my annual birthday cash present! I could only play with my deposits, without taking anything else. I wasn't even offered any free spins anymore. Soon after that, the casino became inaccessible to me, due to a blockage by my ISP, so that ends my play at that casino.

 

My point is, any casino has the right to stop giving bonuses, free spins or whatever other incentives to any player, at their discretion, A high bonus to deposit ratio is one of the common reasons, which initiated that first blockage of my bonuses. Then there was also that 'you're winning a lot' reason for the blockage. I couldn't do anything but just to accept the blockage.

 

Your case may be different...I don't know...because you said you have lost more than you have actually won, even though your bonus to deposit ratio was mentioned as high. Is it still fair for any casino to block off bonuses and free spins from you, simply for the high bonus/deposit ratio, even though you are not winning? Well, it certainly doesn't seem fair, right? But what can we say about 'casino's discretion'? Their decision is always final.  :unknw:

Hi Kaptain, 

 

First and most important - have just removed the email and names of the casino rep you mentioned in your post. You were smart enough to remove your personal data but left the one referring to another person without their explicit permission and/or at least give that person a proper warning!  :angry:

 

As to the essence of your post, I would only say that it is now obvious you are unscrupulously trying to use AskGamblers as a tool in your personal vendetta against the casino operator in question. And it ends here!  :excl:

 

If you are not happy with a casino, you could simply go and play somewhere else. If you are not happy with a loyalty/bonus platform, you could simply go and play somewhere else. If you cannot afford to lose the money you spent then it means you must stop immediately and consider other ways of entertaining yourself, something that wouldn't make you sound like a sore loser...

Ah well, 4K is nothing compared with most of pro gamblers here. I lost that amount of money within three days, a few years ago hehe. But anyhow, I think the main issue here is that you cannot handle your lost. Losing is a big part of gambling, it is up to you when to stop. Know your limit and never break it otherwise you'll hit the bottom. Take a walk, get some fresh air, think about what went wrong. Fresh air will help you think clearly.

Hi guys, No worries, as I feel I have nothing to be ashamed of, I don't like to hide, it's Olle from BitStarz here in case you wondered :)

 

In regards to the above conversation, I don't mind you posting it at all, but I'd like to add to the above for reference, that Mr.Kaptein has a long history of blackmail and harassment at BitStarz, particularly when he doesn't get what he wants. Still though, we haven't treated him any differently.

 

I think any reasonable person can agree that getting bonuses on top of any official stated offer in a casino is no human right. You're entitled to what is mentioned on the website, and any personalized offer you might have been offered. But coming to the chat and being denied a bonus is nothing that you can use against a casino.

 

You've never been denied any of the official promotions at BitStarz, and on top of that, you've gotten plenty of offers via chat, almost every day, the most recent one was yesterday, when you deposited around 60 EUR and got 120 free spins from us. So saying that we're somehow neglecting you is just ridiculous, and I think you know that too deep down. I mean, I don't like to out here how much a player deposits but you also claimed you made 8 deposits in one day, but not how much they totalled, and depositing in crypto, these deposits can go under 5 EUR per deposit. Just throwing that out there and the readers can do some math.

 

The great thing about casino today is that there are many casinos to choose from, and you can choose whichever casino you want. However, you still keep playing at BitStarz, so this illogical paradox makes very little sense to me, since you claim you're being so mistreated.
