Its been since the 31st that my withdrawal is pending. Account has been verified on the 1st of Feb, but there withdrawal policy says e-wallets up to 48 hours. Its been 5 days and my withdrawal is still pending. I eventually cancelled my withdrawal now and continued playing. Shocking to think the rep still left me message saying my withdrawal will be processed. They saying they doing extra security checks, but 5 days? In fact - it's the only time i submitted a complaint. They verified me. Cancelled W/D. I told them i'm verified. They said no you are not. I said here's a forwarded email of my verification. I deposited via Skrill. I went to W/D via Skrill. I was told NO - to your debit card? Huh? I then got verification emails from Casino Cruise? Huh! I planned on doing that - had 400 sitting and said just doing 100 3 quid spins. Ended up at 1.8k so i had to wait it out! My first deposit didn't get the welcome bonus, which I didn't check out first, my bad I must admit, but that was 3 years ago, hehehe.
