Bonus Terms ( new member )

Hello, I recently played at royal vegas. I didnt read all the bonus terms as carefully as I should of. Long story short I won 3000 but during play I made some big bets in black jack going over 30% more then my bonus amount which is considered iregular play. For me making big bets is regular. What do you guys think? Will they be forgiving and still pay me, I did not intentionally break any rules. Here is the bonus term :

placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to your account until such time as the play-through requirements for that bonus have been met. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute "irregular play" for Bonus play-through requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any withdrawals

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

I'll be as brief as possible as it's been discussed a million times already, both here and across any other major gambling related forum you could think of..

So, not withstanding/reading/familiarizing with the relevant bonus and/or casino terms is not a valid excuse! Learn your lesson, accept it and move on.

Discretion is the key word.

99% will see it forfeited but, for example, i exceeded the max bet with two casinos and got paid. In one it was so obvious (i couldn;t be bothered playing the 10k wagering so i just wanted rid of it) but hit a decent amount on roulette. Let it sit for a few days expecting them to refuse it but they paid.

Second was paid possibly because they see a lot of my play and i contacted them at the time and they said 'fine as long as it's the only one'

You were very lucky they actually paid out your winnings. Most casinos are harsh when it comes to breaking bonus terms and luck doesn't last forever. You break it you buy it, in this case, you already paid for it.

Yeah i know but in the first case i didn't have the will, nor the energy, to play the 10k wagering, I just wanted rid and i couldn't be bothered contacting support  :p  - max bet was 2.50 and i was laying bets of 360 on roulette so just a bit over

To be fair they probably saw my RTP at them and thought they'd throw me a bone.

Hello

You can be passed congratulations, but lets see what the payments team decide. I am glad you are getting your money,

However they can still decline, which means you will update once the money hit your account?

Of course I will update. Honestly if they dont pay thats ok very important to read everything correctly. I did ask the guy on the phone “ will I be getting paid 100% and he said yes you will be getting payed.. how can he say that if they havent processed yet. All the calls are recorded too so hopefully hes right.

They said the bonus rule I mentioned is on a case by case basis they will look for iregular play and for me I didnt play any different Its very regular for me to make bigger bets and maybe because it was my first time playing on the site they saw past it. I was making 500 dollar bets on black jack. Thanks for the help guys :)

Update... I got the funds! Thank god. Royal Vegas could def use some work on the withdraw process and be more clear about the documents. First time withdrawing from a casino very happy I was accepted. Thanks for the help :)

TBH you should be happy with their current withdrawal process and getting it processed without the dreaded email heading 'About your withdrawal'  :p
