I have a question.

 

I claimed a welcome offer from Spinit Casino - After a shortwhile my balance went up to almost 70 euros and started collected bonuses as I have 400 euro wagering.

 

So basically everytime I entered bonus round/ Free spins on a slot I left the slot and made a note of it. I collected around 6 bonuses with Decent bets and my balance went below 1 euro and I decided to play the bonuses.

 

After My first win on Planet fortune I won 16 euro, the 16 euro win was not credited and my balance was zero went I went to my account.

 

Now I spoke to support and they will forward it to the relevant department for investigation. Now I kinda know that because my balance went below 1 euro the bonus did fall away.

 

Now I did not continue my saved bonus/free spins and I asked them to reinstate my bonus until where I left it with 166 euro left to wager.

 

I am not sure what to expect, and should I just keep my current bonus rounds and wait for feedback? What will happen? Would I lose the bonus rounds since the bonus and wager is not on my account anymore?

 

I am worried, because I know  I would definitely have completed wagering should these bonus rounds pay well.

I am afraid you won't get those winnings from the bonus features because you're in fact breaking their bonus terms. The thing is, many people used this 'methode' to skip the wagering reqs of the bonus money. Casinos lost a lot of money when players use this methode because the winnings from the bonus feature were added as real cash. Yes, this was a nice 'bonus cheat' system but casinos are aware of this now and players who use this methode will lose their entire bonus balance.

Yep Leo is right I'm afraid. It's just something you're not allowed to do! I was actually surprised to even read you were writing that Shafiek! Surely you knew you weren't allowed to collect bonuses and free spins rounds like that?

Yeah....as above, don't know what Spinit's terms say but most are very explicit that this is bonus abuse.

At some point I do understand why some players use this methode, casinos added more and more ridiculous terms to their list, most of them changed their terms quite regularly. I think casinos 'read' the behaviour of their customers and altered some terms in favor of the house. Excluding some games from the wagering reqs or lowered the percentage from 100% on slots to 80% or even lower. A lower max bet with bonus money when used e-wallet as deposit methode, for example, SkillOnNet casinos not allowing bets over €1 when claimed their bonus with Skrill or Neteller. Experienced gamblers know a few tricks to give themselves an extra advantage, legally.

Well they credited my funds in terms of Bonus money and reinstated my wagering to where I left it off.

 

My point was I did not want to collect bonuses and let my wagering fall away and then play them to be added as real cash, I wanted it to be added as bonus funds to continue wagering.

Right now , my wagering is the same and I collected almost $100 with those 6 bonuses. Payouts were poor though.

I can collect them and play them all at once during my wagering - I believe that is right.

 

My intentions was not to use bonus money to collect free spins/ Bonuses and then when My bonus/wagering falls away play them to earn them as real cash.

Yes but didn't you say you kept them for when your balance went below £1 and had no wagering? Sorry I may have mis-understood what you said.
