Nothing so surprising with the news though, obviously while some are sending 'letters' others are making tens of millions on a yearly basis, paying their fees and taxes and everyone is happy, including the one sending the letters... :p

Likely to be your high street brands.

 

HSBC were essentially facilitating ML years ago. Last time i looked they still had a FCA registration.

 

They'll pay a few pennies and all weaknesses will be forgotten.

To be fair, it's the Guardian reporting this - they've been on a quest against all forms of gambling for the last year. They're sensationalist headlines around gambling are becoming on a par with the Daily Mail and evil immigrants coming to our fair land.

 

Can't imagine it - William Hill will simply ship operations to that place of equity - Tel Aviv  :rolleyes:

I never really read anything from the Guardian and never believe anything that comes from the Daily Mail or The Sun  :p  :p

Yep I seen this on the tele today I couldn't catch the full story with the kids screaming but knew it was something to do with money laundering. Quite a hefty fine that!

That could easily bankrupt a casino actually.
