Asmarino
I requested for a withdrawal of $4000 from Leovegas. My request was approved on January 2 and I was told the transfer could take minute to 3 days to reach my account. I order to be assured, I spoke with my bank branch manger (CIBC-Canada) and when she couldn’t truck the transfer via the reference number sent by leovegas; she couldn’t be convinced the transfer was inistated. My question is, do Leovegas intentionally delay withdrawal? Is there anything I can do rather than wait a week or longer? Please note, I been talking with support agents and their answer is that I should wait at list 5 days. The flip side is, in the withdrawal approval email, I wast told to wait 3 minute to 3 days. I can’t see consistency. Is there anyone around from Canada who have passsed same experience. Thank you.
cocopop3011
So the withdrawal is showing as approved in your account? How long do transfers to your bank account usually take in Canada? Here in the UK and IME it can take up to 3 days, I've even waiting up to 5 days I'd be inclined to wait to see if arrives tomorrow and if it doesn't then query it again with LeoVegas. However I know the process is different for you than it is here. Have your bank commented on how long such transaction would usually take? Asmarino
According to My branch bank manager, they have no special rules on funds transferred from casinos. She added, I could have see them on my account as soon as the transfer reached to the bank. But, leovegas spoke on abstract terms when talking about transfer process. Give it a third day and see if the funds turn up tomorrow. If they don't chase it up with LeoVegas and if you feel you are not getting a satisfactory answer off them come back to us and we can advise you further. pinnit2015
If Leo are saying it's processed, it's processed. In the UK when Leo transfer to me it's normally by Trustly and it's in with 4 hours - the bank transfer is normally 2 days. I'd give it to tomorrow and then chase up - if there's been an issue Leo will have received some sort of notification by then. Given their revenues there's no incentive to delay (unless it's to pay for Johnny Vegas in the horrendous adverts)
Asmarino
I have received the funds today. After all, I think it is fair to thank Leo and the support team for their professionalism and excellent customer service. cocopop3011 and pinnit2015

Wire transfer to Canada usually takes 5-7 days to hit Royal bank. If U use Entropay, 2-3 days it’s on the card. Leo Vegas is in a league of its own. For me... top 3 Even though I excluded myself until May 2018... (don’t ask), they are still 1000000% perfect. Luck.
