Khenrys
I created a new account on Sugar Bingo and unbeknown to me this was a site under the Cassava Enterprises. I deposited about £700 and then received an email stating that due to self exclusion my account would be closed. It also stated "Please note your deposits have been voided this means you will not be charged for this transactions" does this mean I'll get my deposites refunded? The way I see it, yes your deposits will be returned. They are not allowed to take your deposits since your self exclusion.
Khenrys
Thanks Leodubbed. Have you had experience of this? Any idea how long I’ll have to wait if the deposits were void? I have tried contacting Cassava and had no response so I don’t know what’s happening.
Khenrys
I made deposits totalling £1300 in April 2016 on Sun Bingo website. I didn’t realise that they are part of the cassava group and I had self excluded from the there sites. What are the chances of me claiming back the deposits? If I should how do I go about it? Oh dear, welcome to the "Cassava Self-Exclusion Club" victims... Time for you I guess to do some serious reading starting from this particular forum topic: [Edited]: Cassava Enterprises - Self Exclusion Refund Discussion and then moving to this one: Self Exclusion from online casino - useful players tool or mission impossible? pinnit2015
UK wide database delayed until March 2018? Imagine of they apply it retrospectively....there'd be a mass mutiny. But they won't (correctly) Don't know if it will help but shall see...
