Hello i need opinions about cozyno.com casino.I made wager on no deposit bonus a d i got 100 euro for withdrawal but they said i have to deposit 50 euro first and i can't find anything about that casino so maybe someone can help?thanks

Hello Toxiclone and welcome to Askgamblers forum. 

 

Cozyno Casino is not listed here in Askgamblers, but I guess it must be a RTG casino, requiring a 50 EUR deposit in order to make a first withdrawal claim from a no-deposit bonus. Without any info, it's hard for me to say anything or to make any comments on the casino, but if it is operated and run by any of the respectable operators, then it should be safe and reliable enough. However, needless to say, there are some rogue ones out there, so I hope this Cozyno isn't one of them.

 

Anyway, needing to make a 50 EUR deposit first is nothing new - especially for new players who have not made any deposit at the casino before. The required deposit amount may vary casino to casino, but that again is normal.

 

Whatever you do, make sure you have read all the Terms And Conditions first. There are instances where certain countries are not allowed to make any withdrawals from no-deposit bonuses, even though they are allowed to take and play them! And there are instances too whereby only certain wallets are allowed for depositing and withdrawing.

 

if you do intend to proceed with a deposit, make sure you do not take up any new deposit bonus, or otherwise, you'd be stuck with yet another wagering requirement on that new deposit bonus, before you can make a withdrawal of the previous winnings!

I'd be very cautious about depositing that much especially if it is a RTG Casino. Make sure your country is eligible to make a withdrawal from a NDB and make sure you can withdraw both the winnings and your deposit back.

Frankly, i see new games arriving constantly, I managed to withdraw without any issue as long as I respected the Terms and Conditions as in many casinos, and when I contacted their support to actually ask information about it they were helpful, fast to answer, and they even spoke in my language (french). 

 

Personnaly, I like it and I advice it.

First of all, I don't really like to be doubted and being told there are suspcicions for whatever reason. Why on earth would I waste time to come here and comment on something not genuine ? Seriously...

I can't say I am happy I had to waste my personal time taking a screenshot of my BA just to prove myself, and I would have rather not even land on that page again cause I am now upset, but here you go...

And don't worry, you'll see more messages from me as I am playing in many casinos now, but seriously having my post raising suspicion really pissed me off. Same principle as when you want to go in a club and you're being told you can't get in cause you're not a member. And when you ask to be a member, they tell you that you need to come often in the club :-)

 

Anyway, that being said, I confirm I never had issues with Cozyno, and if anything happen, I will come here and let you guys know.
