Paoloo1 Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 yesterday I received a mail from betcart that they will close my account within 24 hours because they left Italy (false because none of my friends arrived that mail), and that I would have to withdraw my funds. So I try log in but I'm refused to log in as my account is blocked since yesterday and so I could not even withdraw. There is no chat, they do not respond to e-mails and telephone operators are always busy. I have a lot of money in the bill and I will fight to the last against these scammers. For what reason? I have 20000 euros on an account closed without reasons and the support of betcart does not exist. Of course your complaint was rejected by the AskGamblers Complaints Team for obvious reasons: Upon reviewing your complaint AskGamblers Complaints Team reached to the conclusion that your accusations and/or demands against the aforementioned casino brand are not justified enough and/or are not supported with the relevant evidence to prove the uprightness of your statements and claims. It is of crucial importance to know that AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/ does not allow the acceptance of complaints which are not justified enough and therefore your case is being rejected. Feel free to submit a new complaint though, however make sure to support your new claim with enough reasonable arguments and solid proofs. Seems like crystal clear case of non justified accusations to me. But that is your least concern I'm afraid, because as per your own statements the issue is referring to sports betting and as previously explained AGCCS cannot help with this type of complaints. What you could still do though is to forward the matter in front of the relevant regulatory body which issued BetCart operating licence. This is the excerpt from their terms, for your convenience: 36.
