Yep I had the email earlier bit haven't had chance to take a look at the site yet, won't be until tomorrow now. Are there any free spins in the email    I only ever get 5 or 10 at a time with them anyway

They've also got some of the worst support I've seen - took me 3 weeks to reset a password.

I have made a few deposits lately and my experience has been good. The wagering and welcome package with the free spins was awesome even though i did not make it to withdrawal.

The only thing I do not like about them you can wait up to 5 minute to live chat agent to respond to you

 

@Pinnit2015 - they might apply no wagering on bonuses, but If free spins are wager free, that is a ***** lot better for me than what most casinos offer on their 50 - 100 free spins in terms of wagering.

Charging for deposits is the easiest way for any casino to make quick and instant money...without even breaking a sweat!

 

I simply hate it! Yes, they can give you all kinds of reasons for charging those fees...for better support, for no-wager free spins...but other casinos are also giving the same kind of offers and customer services without needing to charge for the deposits...so to me, it's all one big blardy excuse to make quick money! 

 

In the long run, any player would have paid tons more in deposit fees than actually making wins from no-wager free spins!

Don't know about the fees, but what I know for sure is that the BGO management invested a huge amount of time and efforts in resolving all the outstanding cases their brands had with AGCCS. Which means they are definitely on the right track and both me and my team wish them good luck with the brand new BGO!

I don't really recall having problems with them and I've been a member for a good few years now. I had an issue with a withdrawal in the very beginning but I can't recall the details of that now. But having that said that I really have no issues with playing there.

They're an alright casino (not great/not horrific), had issues in past but, given it's a buyers market, they'll need to address the support, the fees at either end and pending periods for taking cash out (if their pending period is as long as i remember)

The old BGO was great. This brand new BGO leaves much to be desired.  I could deposit without taking up bonuses which I don't like and have won many times on occasions. It was my fave place to gamble. Now I'm doing some research, read reviews on< SNIP> to find another reliable casino with better support, cause every time I try to contact online help I never get an agent.
