First of all give us a bit more information so we can offer some help. When did you send the documents in and what kind of response have you had off them so far please? Robscaff88
I meant i think they hope i lose lol. First i was given a link by chat support to send them to which was wrong as was email for their sister company. Then iv been told several times that the photos arent good enuff even though you would have to be blind not to see them. I started e-mailing them 4 days ago
pinnit2015
Verified quickly with slotty/betat - they're one of the good ones and i highly doubt the delays happening for any sinister reason. Whereas there are other less reputable ones where i'd say it's possible, but Slotty's not one of them. I always verify at point of registration - saves headache like this. bamberfishcake
Hi everyone, I know this is an old post but I am having the same issue. The docs I sent in went to the sister company because their link is incorrect, unsure how this sits with data protection but they have assured me all is ok regarding this. My main issue is I deposited via Trustly and they want me to withdraw via card. Is this correct? They said it's because my original deposit when I registered was by debit card so until I withdraw to this method they cannot approve a Trustly withdrawal. Taken me from Sunday until today to get this resolution as their service has been so bad but I still feel I should be able to withdraw to Trustly as that was my deposit method. ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. That's pretty common practice adopted by any online casino which is obliged to comply with AML regulations. In short, they are obliged to pay back via the same method which you used to deposit there. If you have used more than one deposit method, the casino management has the right to choose the most appropriate one for them which would usually be the first of the used deposit methods. Hope the above answers your concerns, but in case you have further questions feel free to ask.
